I am a property manager in Manhattan and have recently contracted with the Sir Grout company. I would first like to say this is a company that cares, truly cares. From the initial assessment to the careful execution, to the Follow up. This just doesnt occur these days. We hired them for apartment turnovers and we couldnt be happier. They grout and caulk and also polish marble. Thank you for your diligent work and professionalism. I will recommend to other properties.

“Sir grout”?? they should be called “Baby grout” !!!I’m was doing a renovation in my apartment and I hired “Sir Grout” to help me with grouting my bathroom (white 3”x6” subway tile walls), they promised the job will be finished in one day but unfortunately when I came home the next day I saw how bad they left the job site and the grout lines looked so bad I didn’t thought this is how they’ll leave it.After reaching back to them, they told me how sorry they are and that they will come back to re-grout the whole bathroom again, which caused unnecessary delay to this project.When they came back for the second time I wasn’t in the apartment, I came back from vacation after a few days and what I heard from other workers who’s working in my apartment is that they just came with sanding paper and started to sand the grout lines and also scratched some of the tiles which cost me extra money to replace them.I didn’t really like the results so I contacted the salesperson that came on the first time and he agreed with me that the job wasn’t looking good so they came back and actually re-grout the bathroom, which again caused me more delays on the project.When they came for the third time (it was the same technician every single time), this time I stayed in the apartment to make sure the job will get done properly, the technician wasn’t able to finish in one day and after and he told me that he won’t be able to come back the next day but someone else will be there.After the technician left I went to see what he did and to my surprise he made damages again on some tiles (he chipped them with his tools) so I emailed the company if someone is going to come back tomorrow because the technician told me (this was on 5pm) and around 11:20pm I received an email that said they won’t be able to send someone for at list a week, I didn’t had a choice and had to pay the other workers in my apartment to do this work for me.This job was quoted for a few hundred dollars and only one day of work but eventually cost me couple thousands of dollars and major delay on the bathroom project.I’m really disappointed with what I had to go through with them and asking them for a refund for the poor job they did wasn’t seem reasonable for them.

I am extremely pleased with the results I got in my bathroom from Sir Grout. I was looking for a solution about how to make an original 1951 bathroom tiles and tub look clean and sanitary again without having to completely replace everything. Eddie from Sir Grout came over and proposed a tile restoration process that was both cost and time efficient involving a short day or two to complete. My bathroon still needs other upgrades but against the background of clean tiles and grout, it will look great.

BEWARE: Theyll blame anyone else for tiles that are not cleaned, repaired, or sealed. They blamed the homeowner, then a previous employee, then said: we dont do tile work (our work order says otherwise they charged us a premium for the work, and then charged us AGAIN for the repairs. And the Repairs failed with in six months. The only thing their good at is endless marketing spam. If you read the one-star review on yelp, they are all unique and angry. The five star reviews all use the same phrases and tone. This is a social media scam. BEWARE, the brand can not be trusted.

Sir Grout did a great job removing and reapplying new grout throughout our bathroom and cleaning the mineral built up on shower floor and side tiles. The on-site technicians Jamie and Omar were professional and delivered wonderful work!

Very pleased with my experience with Sir Grout. My consultation was very straightforward with what they were able to do and they executed it without any issues at all. My neighbor upstairs had a leak and the water stained the grout on my bathroom tile wall. After they cleaned the area and applied a protective coat you couldn’t see any damage at all anymore. Easy to work with! Would use again!

My tile floor was horrible!!! There was a sealer that was coming up and it made the tile look dirty. William came to our rescue!! He cleaned the tile and resealed the grout. Eddie just left my house and I cant believe what my kitchen (tile) floor looks like. It looks better now than when it was installed 17 years ago. The grout color is perfect and the floor looks gorgeousAlso, our basement bathroom shower floor had mold and someone came last year to do some work but if anything, they made it worse. I am so impressed with the professionalism, service, and overall thoroughness of Sir Grout. The floors and walls of my 3 bathrooms now sparkle. I was actually considering a renovation in one of them but not anymore. Eddies guys re-colored my grout and they did this thing where they made the caulking in my shower mold free and Im told it will stay that way. They even gave me a warranty. The guys were very professional and did a decent job on my floors. I did notice a section where the grout was missing in my living room, but ahh well. The bathroom floor is decent as well. They didnt restain the grout close to the walls. Also we paid to have the shower clean and it didnt come out as clean as they advertise they can do. I was a little disappointed since the shower was honestly the main reason we used them. For the price I probably wouldnt use them again since I expected perfection for the high price tag.

After receiving a professional in person quote it came to my surprise that when the job was actually started, the person who quoted my job was not knowledgable enough as a lot more had to be done in order to clean the grout and it ended up costing me 40% more than quoted. Im upset as I had went with this company as they were the cheaper of 3 quotes that Ive received.
