My countertops does not look newly installed as indicated at your service page. I can see scratches and light ring marks. The ring marks were improved but were not eliminated as promised. The scratches were polished up but not removed entirely. I was told the scratches were going to be sanded off. Im not sure if i was lied to or their employees were plain lazy or inexperienced. Never again will i hire them. I don’t even want them back to correct the job. Call someone else.

I cant say enough great things about NYC Marble Care. After a horrible experience with another company that wasted 3 weeks of my life and left me with foot print sealed uneven floors, I did what many of you are doing, a google search to find a good company . I found NYC Marble Care and got an immediate call back from Daniel who I explained the situation I was in. He gave me a price soon after but I wasnt comfortable moving forward unless someone came and looked at the job (they are in NYC I am on Long Island). The next morning the owner himself, Robert came early as promised to evaluate and told me he could fix what the other company couldnt accomplish- to hone my limestone floors to a smooth finish and that they could start the following morning! I had three companies quote the job, and NYC was right in line with the others. They were here at 7 am, 3 guys, including Robert himself who stayed the entire time, respectful of my house, careful with their equipment, and masked up which was very important to me. They worked non-stop until 4 pm and completed the job to perfection. Robert was honest, knowledgeable, and runs a great company. I highly recommend them and no this is not a fake review, this is a honest applaud for a great experience when I was hopeless that my floors could not be fixed. Over 100 Fake Reviews! They type up their own fake reviews by creating fake emails and/or asking their friends to provide a review. Do your Research! Call Someone else. Dont trust these guys.Beware! Beware! Dont trust these fake reviews. I dont really write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one after having a horrible experience with this company. NYC Stone Care were hired through Pro Design Construction. I saw they had over 60 positive reviews online and decided to trust Pro Design. They worked on a black marble kitchen floor and counter tops. They passed a quick floor buffer and then applied some clear gel. The shine did not look anything like it did when the floor was first installed. I complained and they decided to send someone else. The second worker used the same floor buffer and applied a white slushy powder this time. It looked better, but not quite as it did as a new installation. I complained again and asked for a supervisor. Daniel the foreman passed by and said the floor looks great. I insisted they send someone else to finish the work. This time they sent an older guy to finish the work. The work was better and satisfactory at best. The gentleman spilled the beans on this company. He let me know that 95% OF THEIR ONLINE REVIEW WERE FAKE. He also mentioned he was leaving the company because of out of all the workers there, he was the only one with experienced. His job was to go around and fix what all of the others employees cant complete. This is no way to do business. They hire undocumented workers with no experience an apply temporary solutions with permanent prices. Basically I could have gone to home depot and done the work myself. I wanted a stone expert, not a quick fix company or a janitorial maintenance company.

My property management company relies on NYC Stone Care for any and all of our stone repair and maintenance. We had a polished entrance in one of our properties that constantly caused our residents to slip when it rained. NYC Stone Care made great suggestions torching and sealing the stone and turned this experience for our residents around completely. They also crystallized and sealed a white marble entry way for us at another property so that we didnt have to clean it every single day from all of the foot traffic. It looks great now! Theyve also replaced varies stones at our properties as well as repaired cracks. They are extremely communicative and reliable. A big chunk of my granite counter came off. NYC Stone Care repaired it flawlessly. You cant tell it was ever broken. They are a first class operation and their work is superb.

We needed a lot of work done in our bathroom and chose NYC Stone Care to do it. They were responsive, provided detailed quotes, and showed up when they said they would. The crew that did the work were prompt, polite, and neat. We had stains on our concrete tile floors, yellowing of our poured cement sink, and tiles in the shower that needed replacing. They provided line item pricing so that I could have all or just pieces of the work done. We chose to do all the work. I have slightly mixed reviews on the work. Fabricio did the tile work in the shower. It is a wonderful professional job. He went over and beyond what I expected. The crew that did the stain removal did not have the same great results. I saw some improvement with the cement tile floors, but little improvement of the yellowing of the sink. The prices seemed high for this portion of the job for the amount of improvement. They did warn me upfront that the stain removal is not 100% guaranteed. I just wish they would have told me how much improvement I could realistically expect. Still, I recommend NYC Stone Care for most stone work but think I would search around for someone that specializes in concrete for my floors.

They were very professional from the time I made the appointment to the time the job was complete. The workers arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They were neat and did an incredible job restoring a marble bathroom floor that I thought I would have to replace. I would use them any time I needed stone work.

My contractor hired and dealt directly with NYC Stone Care and we werent impressed. The man that polished our kitchen marble tops left scratches and the sheen wasnt as good as Ive seen on other marble tops. They also have a weird way of covering the work area with draping style plastic sheeting creating dust after the wet white powder dried up. We then got ring marks a few days later, so were not sure if they even applied sealer or they used a low quality sealer. My contractor is dealing with them. They seem like pleasant people, but were not very happy with the work.

We had NYC Stone Care come buff/polish/seal our marble bathroom floors that were a little scratched. They came out perfectly and I couldnt be happier! They were timely and efficient and didnt leave a mess at all. Would definitely use them again for anything I may need :)

The guys were on time and did a good job with the buffing and marble sealing, but botched the patch work we needed. I realize its a tricky process but I was less than impressed with the end result. Someone had to come back to try and fix the first effort. Calk was used to cover up the areas on marble which were missed in the first pass. Im hoping this is an isolated incident, but this is what happened.

This review is based on a job done a little over 6 months ago. Daniel came in and gave me an estimate for my marble floor. He said the floor was going to look new for over 5 years. Well it’s been only 6 months and floor looks very dull. I found out the floor wasn’t sanded as I noticed some scratches on the floor after nyc stone finished polishing my floor. After doing some research and speaking with the guys at StoneShine and other marble cleaning companies. I found out the floor needed to be sanded and then polished. Nyc stone left scratches so I will assume the floor was not sanded. I was charged for sanding. So either they didn’t sand it or they did a poor job removing the scratches. In any case I wouldn’t recommend them at all. The workers weren’t very respectful of my home. That’s a whole other story.

These people were a pleasure to work with....kind, courteous and did an excellent job sealing and polishing a marble floor. They also did additional bathroom touch ups on the spot.

My kitchen counter and floor looked amazing. They where able to fix a chip flawlessly on my counter. I thought the chip would be noticeable but I could not tell where the repair was done.

I have been using NYC Stone Care for the last 8 years and by far they provide the best service. Before I had used them I had tried 4-5 other companies to clean my stone and they never cleaned my stone properly. Why do you advertise an office when you’re not located there? Im not a person who writes reviews but i am irritated right now. I carried a 50lb old furniture marble top to 100 Park Avenue on the 8th floor to get it polished and NYC Stone Care couldn’t be found. I asked around and no one knows who you are. I don’t understand why your ad has an address where you don’t have an office to. So if the address is fake, im going to assume so are the reviews as claimed by the negative reviews. I will take this up with the attorney general to investigate your business. This is not a good practice. This is just wrong!

I am a New York City interior designer who has worked with many contractors in my career. I priced the job with several other companies and found that their prices were very fair. I have a limestone bathroom floor with limestone mosaic tiles in the shower. The limestone had several stains that I could not remove and the grout had turned black. Fabrico spent several hours in the bathroom working on my floor. When he was finished, the bathroom floor and shower looked like the day it was installed. I would definitely recommend this company and plan on using them in my kitchen next for my marble counters.Shelly T
