Ben Vargas and his team went above and beyond in servicing my home after a fire.He was referred to us by our public adjuster and was so attentive to our every need from cleaning, discarding packing, storing and moving and everyone was polite and followed Covid 19 protocol thought the entire process.I would definitely recommend his company and the quality service and professionalism they provide!

The owner assured me he would help. He waited with us patiently. He spoke to my insurance for me while we were in distress. He took care of everything. Deception is the name of the game with this company do not allow them into your homes as you’re putting yourselves at risk...Is ONE BIG SCAM...The owner is a sneaky dishonest individual that goes around stealing your private information for his gain...stay away there are several ServPro franchises if you have the option go with another restoration company as all they do is overprice mediocre work causing your premiums to go up. FYI the only positive reviews are from owners family members. Beware as Honesty is not part of the company’s corporate ethics!! Yes They get one star (no option for half a star or none) for the good lies posted by parties of interest but deserve none.

Had smoke damaged due to a fire that occurred on my floor. They responded quicker than the building management office and was able to perfom the work the very next day and completed it in record time, which showed their efficiency. Would highly recommend them for any loss.

I had a fire in my apartment that started in my kitchen. After the fire department left Ben from Servpro of the upper west side was extremely helpful! We got an estimate and they quickly got to work. Two days later the smell of the smoke was completely gone. The soot was gone from all the surfaces and cabinets in my kitchen. It was clean and done with such professionalism. The price was fair and I was more satisfied. I recommend Servpro of the upper west side to all families that have lost their homes from floods, fires, and etc.
