I strongly do not recommend this agency to anyone!!!! My first time working with this agency, started my new role in mid-April.. (PS the role doesn’t even math the job description that I was given prior to being hired).. They were supposed to pay me direct deposit and Payroll claimed they were delayed with processing payments so they decided to mail me a live (regular mail) check, which I never received!!! Here it is May and I am still waiting on my first check. They told me I have to fill out an affidavit for them to duplicate the check that I never received. Their communication is very poor and they are very unprofessional. They have payroll call you from an unrestricted, blocked number which shows that they are trying to hide something. I’ve worked with plenty of agencies and this is the only agency that ever took me through this and have had my check delayed. I always receive my payments on time from other agencies. I strongly suggest you sign up with any other agency except this one..

This company has poor communication skills. I applied for a job and interviewed with the company. I was offered the position, submitted all my requested documents and was told that I was awaiting clearance... I NEVER heard from Erin again with no additional information...This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Mona Nowicki decides to contact me regarding a TEMP (3-6 months) receptionist position after I have told her that I am sitting for the bar exam in FEB 2020. As a recent graduate, you can imagine and most of you probably know what it feels like to search for the perfect job. I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to train your employees. I have always wondered if it was so hard to find a job how some people get hired? Rejection is easy and fair, humiliation is a choice.

Waste of time. I made an appointment to meet with the director Lisa because I saw a few opportunities I was interested in. They had me come in to register, fill out all sorts of paperwork and meet with her. Of course the jobs I was interested in were no longer available by the time I met with her. Which is fine I understand sometimes these jobs fill pretty quickly. So I went back on their website I found a few more and emailed her about them. Crickets. They never replied back to me. I wasted an hour and a half of my life Ill never get back. I would not recommend this agency.

I met with one of their recruiters over the summer (Jennifer) after receiving a recommendation from a friend. It seemed like a fruitful discussion but she never followed up with one job opportunity, not a single one. I followed up to make sure I was still on her radar screen, and she was friendly in her response but still never came back to me with any positions to consider. I ended up moving on. What a waste of time!

I had one meeting with someone 3 years ago. I was very overqualified for the jobs they were trying to get me to interview for. They were not looking out for my best interest and only wanted to get me to take the interview.WORST OF ALL, after countless times of politely asking to be removed from calling lists, as well as telling them I will reach out when ready, I still get calls one every couple of weeks during the workday and emails. DO NOT TAKE A SINGLE MEETING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

My experience working with my recruiter, Vinny G, was great. He always stayed in contact with me, giving me updates and such about the status of the job I was trying to get. I never once felt that I was just some other person looking for a job, he took the time to explain to me what was going on, how to approach my interview and gave me tips on how to appeal to the company I wanted to work for. Today was my first day at my new job and I can honestly say its a perfect fit for me. Id definitely recommend getting into contact with them if youre looking to get a stable job.

Before writing this review, I have interacted with both Taylor McCormack and Monica Nowicki. Taylor was very great to deal with over the past year. She called me back with two job opportunities, but I chose to decline them because they did not fit my needs. Monica reached out to me a few months ago to offer assistance with my job search. However, after talking to her for about a few weeks, she decided to ghost me on LinkedIn. It is clear to me that Monica is very disorganized, lacks urgency, and is not very professional . I set up a time to speak to her, and she missed that appointment. I am giving this a 3 star review because I feel like it is possible to get a job opportunity with them. If I were you, I would not work with Monica.

Started out as promising then took a quick turn to terrible!! Zero stars would have been a better rating. Got in contact with one of the recruiters(Alexandra), who was supposedly part of the management staff also, sent me on an interview which looked promising. Alexandra followed up with me & I then got called back for a second interview was basically told I was gonna get the job and would need to follow up with the recruiter. She said she would call me with info. That’s when it got terrible! She never followed up, stopped returning my calls, all communication ceased! I ran around on these interviews just to never even get placed. This agency is terrible and would never recommend this to anyone!!!

A position which ticks ALL of the boxes for me, and I cannot be happier. Knowing she must have a large volume of candidates, Ive never felt like I was just one of them, rather, I was made to feel as if I was their only candidate.

I had a GREAT experience working with Meredith. She was very communicative and stayed on top of every little detail. She ultimately ended up placing me in a great position in my field and it turned out to be a wonderful fit. Ive worked with a handful of temp agencies and this is definitely by far the best one Ive worked with.As far as payroll - the agency pays you weekly which is definitely a plus; however, the reason I am giving it only 3 stars is because of the headache the agency gives you as far as payroll. If they dont receive your timesheet for whatever reason, they DO NOT LET YOU KNOW. Youre basically sitting there thinking everything is processed and then low and behold you never get your paycheck. They make it seem like their doing YOU a favor by processing your paycheck as soon as they can. There is ZERO communication with payroll. Period. You are the one that has to follow up if you want your paycheck. Glad I only have one more week of dealing with them since I will be made permanent at the company and wont have to chase down my own paycheck anymore.

Had an interview with Amanda C who sent the job information was told I would receive a followup call at 3pm to discuss preparation for the company interview. I read the details I didnt think it was a good fit I waited for her call, she never called I reached out to her numerous times on the same day she sent the email via phone and email to discuss and she never contacted me back.

Having worked with numerous recruiting companies/staffing agencies, I have got to say I have had the best experience with the Execu search group. My recruiter (Vincent G.) made it clear from the first time I talked to him that he wanted to get me a better position than the one I had. He began applying me for various positions immediately after I met with him and unlike other recruiters, made it a point to keep in touch with me (even when I wasnt offered an interview). When I finally got the interview, he worked with me to make sure he covered every last topic I would need to go over for the interview, and made it a point to make sure that I was completely prepared and gave tips for the interview as well. After the interview, he gave me feedback based on what he was told from the company. Turns out I was offered the position. Even after I started, Vinny has stayed in touch with me to make sure Im doing well. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a position to meet with him at least once, unlike other recruiters he actually wants his clients to get the position!

ExecuSearch is a total unprofessional agency. When I initially got an interview, I presented a professional resume, as I have worked in the health care entity for years. My so called recruiter actually dumbed down my resume. I did, in fact, get hired for the position, which I was over qualified for.The staff and payroll department were very dismissive when I had questions about sick days, hourly wages, and general questions. My recruiter is just looking out for himself. Its sad that an employment agency touts itself as being professional when its clearly not. Please, stay away from this place, not good.

The team knew what my specifications were and matched them perfectly. This is a typical hack recruiting company which utilizes shady and unethical recruiting tactics. They offer the low end of market rate pay scales, knowingly send job seekers on interviews without providing full disclosure surrounding the job description, and fall off the map when attempting to receive follow up feedback from hiring managers. This majority jewish run and operated facility lacks any professional value to a contractor and should be avoided.

Stay far away from this this agency! One star was too much... but required in order to leave a comment. I have worked for this company for a very short period of time - 2 weeks to exact less than 80 hrs - to help them with a critical client. However, I was looking for work in NYC and the recruiter Jennifer Jenn M. (who was disgustingly pushy and extremely unorganized) knew that prior to me accepting the temp consulting assignment - in fact I mentioned of all the interviews I had lined up which will require me to leave intermittently to meet with employers. Knowing this fully well and against my better judgement and recommendation, the recruiter insisted I take the assignment. As I start on the work assignment, my interviews increased the chances for a fruitful opportunity. Selfishly the recruiter insisted that I dont start my new job and in most conversation had mentioned I will not get the offers that it is safe to stay with her client who btw had no intentions in making this a permanent position - they were experiencing a very high turnover rate. Needless to say, I had helped the agency with this client against my willing-to but I am professional and helped the client as much as I could gracefully. Meanwhile I was leaving a lot of money on the table so that she can bill the client - I was earning half my rate! Grateful nevertheless!It was always about ExecuSearch needs and clients needs never a single positive thought about the talent - me! No ONE at ExecuSearch do what they do because they enjoy helping people - they exploit people instead and I definitely felt exploited! They are only concerned about their money no matter what! I immediately nipped this and put an end to toxic agency. The recruiter is unorganized as well as her staff. You are are good as your people but your people are as good as the leader... on the CFO.So they still owe me money! Even though they said my checked was mailed... WHAT!? It does not take more than 2-3 days USPS to deliver regular standard mail.They are selfish, rude, unprofessional. THE CFO is very unprofessional - when I asked to cut me a check because they failed to pay me on time... he was apparently the defensive minion that I spoke to removed him from an important meeting when I told George P. of my missing check he said this is what was so pressing to get me out of meeting for.. your check, do you need it that badly? How dare he!? You are terminated... I said, thats funny... how can you terminate someone who left your horrible organization over three weeks ago! Unmoved by my response and let me add - unashamed (I guess this is the norm), I further responded that I am still not paid and clients will hear about this. How foolish you and your team are. So, I have escalated a complaint with the Dept. of Labor and reached out to their client support on Facebook with further instructions to claim my non payment. Even though the recruiter swear on her family that I was paid (well is not in my bank account). Liars!! I will never recommend my family, friends and the homeless who needs jobs because they will not be treated with respect but as a dollar sign. They burn and churn their one business asset which are the people they recruit. JUST STAY AWAY! The assignment dont pay well and they are scum! My hope Execusearch get cracked down - because they are a disservice to society and this economy, and their clients! I WILL NEVER EVER DO business with this organization - this is a small world and they will reap the spoiled seeds they sow.

Receptionists are incredibly rude, unprofessional and not helpful. How they were hired is beyond me! Hire people that set a better tone for your agency without the attitude!

After being unemployed for a lot longer than I expected, I decided to go with an employment agency but was VERY hesistant. Its supposed to be a temp agency, but they never helped me every three months the recruiter would call me and ask me to resent her my resume. I found my own job with no help from them.

During my job search this fall I met with Emily Kaplan and Jessica Barnett who were a delight to work with. I was very specific with my job search requirements initially and found they changed during the course of the weeks. Both Emily and Jessica were exceptionally great at listening to my needs and wants and calling me with only jobs that fit within those requirements. They prepped me with a lot of information before interviews so I was always fully prepared and ready to give it by my best. First, they told me I was qualified for some of the positions. Then after a series of interviews, they send me a letter saying that I do not have the qualifications. It was a waste of my time.

Throughout my career, I have worked with at least 4 other agencies. Execu-Search is by far the best one Ive had dealings with. From our initial contact, I was impressed. An HR manager friend of mine gave me the email address of one of Execu-Searchs VPs. I sent him an email and received a response from one of his colleagues in less than an hour. When I met with my rep Danielle, I was surprised by how much she truly cared to place me in a position in which I would flourish, that matched my background, and that paid me a wage that would support my lifestyle. She even cared about the length and distance of my commute! I have never worked with an agency that cares so much about your personal experience, and not just placing you somewhere so they can make their money. At one point Danielle and I lost touch, due to a lot of upheaval in my personal life. However, as soon as I reached out to her, she was back on top of the search and scored a temp-to-perm position for me that is working out great so far.

I worked with Execu Search during a period of months last year while I was between jobs. They were not only helpful in finding me interviews for perm positions, they were also very helpful in finding me Temp work in the interim. So my first time using a temp agency in New York - I did not know what the outcome would be like but I was very open minded.
