If you are a serious professional you will be able to get an excellent job at Pavillion. I had the opportunity to work for two of their most high profile clients and I got everything I needed: good salary, benefits and great work environment. I only have good things to say about this Agency and the Agent who helped me.

I used Pavillion agency for many years in the past while living in New York. I also met with many other agencies across the country because of my different moves and this for over 20 years. I never saw an agency as good as Pavillion. They helped me tremendously to find jobs. They listen to what your needs are as a professional nanny, even though they are so busy and you may need to call many times, they are always there to help. When I went to them the first time and I had years of experience and great references, they were not going to help me until they did a background check and checked on many references with families I worked with. Many other agencies did not do that. I will use them again in the future if I need help finding jobs. Thank you Pavillion!

Dont bother... This staff recruitment agency is apparently UNDERSTAFFED. They dont get back to you, they dont even try. It doesnt matter how much money you throw at the situation. Low effort and low energy. Thankfully I found help a more capable agency.

I have worked with Pavillion agency for years now and have always been treated with respect and dignity and placed in great positions. Every peson I have referred to Pavillion has nothing but positive experiences. They are diligent when placing a candidate and cant make everybody interested in being placed, happy!! That said,if you have what it takes they will find you a great position believe me I know!!

I think the people here that wrote bad reviews are just mad because they were not able to be accepted by the agency. This is a well known agency that works with high profile families, so their process is very selective. They do a long process screening professionals. They do encourage everyone to apply, however, it doesnt mean that everybody will be accepted.If you didnt get accepted by the agency it doesnt make them bad, just shows that for them you are not what they are looking for.I only have great things to say about the Pavillion Agency. They are serious about all professionals there, always helping and instructing. Right now I am in process of placement and the specialist that is working go with is AMAZING. She always replays to my emails in less than 5 minutes, very kind, and nice. Rosalie is being nothing but great to me! My experience with them is very positive and they are really the best Agency.

Best Agency Out there!!! I have worked with them during the 2010 crisis to find me a Personal Assistant position and they diligently sent me on several interviews and never gave up, It took a while, but it landed me the job that I am currently in 6 years later. I refer everyone I know to them and completely trust that I am great hands when looking for employment. They completely ignored my question, which I asked politely, when I submitted my resume. They have no interest in helping people succed. I am disappointed. For anyone seeking services from them I would take this into consideration.

More than glad to add to the horrible experience category. Not worth the hassle. They are a very shallow and descriminating company. Trust me, if you are a dedicated worker with vast amount of experience you deserve better. Head to another agency and dont waste your time at Pavillion

I submitted my resume for Professional Chauffeur positions, Ive been in the professional chauffeuring industry for over 15 years, and for the last 8 years I have my own service which I own and operate. On Thursday 3/5/2015, I spoke to Asmas an employee of Pavillion and she had the nerve to tell me that I am not qualified to be a professional chauffeur, that I dont have what it takes to be a chauffeur. In addition she did not know how to read my resume, and also told me that I should have added professional references that it is something I should always do, which I disagree with. To sum it all up, the Pavillion Agency should reevaluate the employees they have reviewing resumes and candidates, and they should start by getting rid of Asmas who does not have a clue on reviewing resumes.

Sloppy and incompetent. No way would I allow them to make money off of my sterling reputation.

Ive had two consecutive successful long-term placements as a private chef with Pavillion Agency. They care very much about making the right (and selective) connection for their clients and applicants.

This agency never return calls, or at least give feedback I email my updated resume that they requested. I meant, I knew theres many position available in their website thats why i called.Just be honest if they dont want to represent us its ok, business is business if you dont respect your customer you get 1 star.

Horrible experience. The agency charges outrageous rates for sub-par candidates. Our nanny didnt confirm her start until 11 PM the night prior to start date. She turned out to be shady and disingenuous. Use any other agency you can find or go at it yourself!
