I was finishing grad school and had been applying to jobs on my own with no luck for months, and was finally on the verge of giving up and leaving New York. Then I was referred to Leslie, and she immediately asked me to come in for an interview. I told her what I was looking for and my salary expectations. She said, We can do better than that! She then told me where I was lacking a little in my resume, and sent me on temp assignments to gain more specific experience. Some assignments were in the financial sector, some academic, some real estate. After every assignment shed ask me what I liked about the position and how it fit what I was looking for. You should try to figure out how you can do better to present yourself, or work on your skillset. Winning and having a job is not a right, it is a privilege, and you should earn it.

I was employed as an admin with one company for 10 years. I went to school to pursue a career in hospitality management and I got hired at a 5 star hotel. After working a couple of weeks in the service industry I realized it was the wrong move and desperately wanted to get out. I started to sending out my resume to several postings. I was contacted by Leslie herself and was scheduled to come in and meet with her. I met with her after coming off an overnight shift at the hotel and was still in uniform. Leslie understood my frustration with the schedule and compensation I was receiving. The next day she had me set up on an interview which I didnt get any feedback from, and then another the following week that wasnt interested in me. After the first 2 failures, I was sure I wouldnt be contacted by Leslie again. Two weeks later after several disappointments including other non hired interviews with other recruiters, I was beginning to feel like I was a failure. Out of the blue Leslie contacted me on a Monday, scheduled an interview for the next day and I got hired on the Friday!! All with a company that fit my background experience and skills. I am earning a great salary and work for a wonderful company. I will forever be thankful to Leslie for her hard work and dedication. If she believes in you, you will get hired and with the right firm!

Really not much I can say except what a waste of time this was. I met with Leslie in person not once but twice and each time she would bring up a role that was “perfect for me”. I never heard back from her after consistently following up..

Leslie is just fabulous at what she does - placing top talent with high profile clientele.

Horrible customer service - Scheduled a call and did not call. I followed up, and they did not reply. 7 weeks later, they replied saying theyd be happy to talk. I replied no thank you.

Unprofessional and dismissive. Lack of response after doing all their instructed requests.

Unprofessional. Everything they tell you comes as As a matter of fact. No follow up and terrible support answering phones.
