I had an absolutely wonderful experience with ABS Staffing. Ariel is absolutely amazing at what she does. I relocated to New York City from Charleston, SC and she made the process of finding a job seamless and easy. I contacted her via email and heard back in about 5 business days via phone call. I had previously worked in retail and customer service, but told her I wanted to transition into Personal Assisting or Executive Assisting. When she contacted me, she provided an awesome opportunity in the field I was looking for, and her guidance didnt stop there. She continued to check in with me throughout the interview process and I felt extremely comfortable asking for her advice when writing emails to my prospective employer. ABS Staffing provides so much more than job leads, and I think that speaks for itself.

Honestly confused how this agency isnt rated 5 stars on average. Everybody Ive worked with, from recruiters like Sean, to Stephanie who handles any issues after being placed in a position and even the CEO, Ariel, quickly respond to email communications (Im talking within minutes) with solutions to any issues I have. Needless to say they have placed me in great positions, within my home state as well as others in the United States. I am grateful to have found ABS Staffing Solutions, and have even connected my friends looking for jobs with ABS.

As a new transplant to NYC, I applied to a number of different temp agencies, and from start to finish, ABS really stood out. After uploading my resume to their site, I was emailed right away about coming into the office. The office building is very trendy, and right away I was offered fruit-infused water or a hot drink. I met with Ariel, the owner, and she could not have been more welcoming. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for in a job and the qualities I like best in my workplace. She mentioned opportunities that might fit my skills, and she was receptive to my concerns. After I left the interview, I got regular updates about job prospects and within a week, I was hired. Im grateful to ABS for being so upfront with me and taking a chance on a newcomer to the city.

Never got back to me after three tries; two emails and one call.

I have been working in Food and Beverage industry for about 10 years when I finally decided that I wanted to do something different. However I never thought that switching careers would be so difficult and stressful. Surely, many recruiters have reached out, yet no one had real offers. I assume based on the experience, my resume didn’t seem impressive enough for the admin jobs that I was applying at the time. After months of unemployment I had lost hope and was just about to start another restaurant job, that’s when Sharon B. reached out to me for a chance to have an interview with her. Sharon Bridbod, contacted me about an opportunity sold me on it and fell off the face of the earth. I follow up and did not hear from her. As someone who hired individuals it is terrible for a recruiter to act this way. The first red flag was went she could barely go over my clearly written resume and knew nothing of the Beauty, Fashion PR industry which she was hiring for. I normally do not do reviews like this but it needs to be addressed. NEVER AGAIN

I have to say that ABS hit the bullseye and was right on target. I lost my job in a blink of an eye and needed a staffing company to help gain traction. I searched and searched on line.. Of course if if you Google staffing agencies you will be inundated with a list. I called from the query and received no longer in service numbers along with automated prompts until I came across ABS. They were attentive and responsive via phone and via email. An interview was set up immediately. They are located in Midtown Manhattan and have a state of the art facility with a warm appeal and welcoming smiles and faces and within 24 hours I was placed in a wonderful job at a competitive pay and I Thank Ariel, Erica and Sean ....you guys are the best😀👍👍👍

ABS is a solid agency. Sharon is very professional and personable. They’ve connected me to companies across various industries where I’ve filled both temp and temp to perm roles.

I was looking to move to the Pittsburgh area and Shae Tyler from ABC Staffing got in touch with me. Shae was wonderful to work with. She took the time to get to know me and my work history. She found a job for me less than a month and I did get hired. I would definitely recommend Shae Tyler when looking for a job!

I will say this about ABS, they definitely can find you a job with a descent salary. If you are open different types of clerical work, this is the place for you. Both clerical/admin jobs they presented me were very well in pay. My issue was they werent in my line of work and some of the jobs they threw at me were out of left field. I am also disappointment because I shadowed a job for 1 day, they called and send they had a check for me and were going to mail it. It has been a month already and still havent seen it.

Terrible organization. They are liars. Pretended I was going to make X amount with them but lied to make their own profit. Terrible experience. I was completely blindsided.

Dont know if the vested business brokers are their clients, but received packet today to be mystery shopper only to learn check enclosed was fraudulent. This was a scam.

Great place for both short term and long term experiences. They were able to get me some quick work immediately after signing on, and in no time they helped me land a full time job!

Very nice agency and agents, but they didnt help find me employment. I had to contact them a few weeks after my interview with them and after that I only got a call from them twice for same day work and the pay was too low.

I would never trust a company thats secretary hangs up on people. I tried to call maybe 10 times and they hung up over and over.

I called the company and asked the secretary, Paula on how I would go about scheduling an interview and she had a disgusting attitude and sarcasm in her voice. I hope they see this review and take action on her.
