Lally is extremely knowledgeable and skilled ! During the consultation session, she explained clearly everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. She performed a patch test on different areas of my face to ensure electrolysis is suitable for my skin. Since then, I have gone back and am always satisfied with the results; I get minimal to no scabbing. Moreover, she is extremely friendly and put you at ease. I cannot recommend her more !

Lally was so great! I was nervous about getting electrolysis but Lally made it painless. To rate the pain out of 10, the most I felt was maybe a 2 or 3 and Lally was so nice because she would pause for a moment to rest before continuing. Very professional. Very clean facility. Great experience.

Lally was so professional and I felt welcomed in her office. I’ve always had problems after shaving especially my bikini area and electrolysis really did the job of removing unwanted hair without the problem of having ingrown hair or feeling of itchiness afterwards.
