Our 10 yr. old retail small business switched to Ingenico about a year ago and its been an absolute nightmare. EVERY debit/credit transaction becomes a complicated transaction - if a customer inserts or swipes their card before the cashier enters a few inputs, the transaction is cancelled automatically.In the past 12 months, weve seen an average of 70% of ALL TRANSACTIONS need to be repeated/re-tried at least one additional time. This is often accommodated with some snarky comments from the customer and is an all-around UNNECESSARY HEADACHE.Really incredible a payment processing company in this day and age still hasnt figured out how to make this a seamless interaction with our customers. We will be switching back to our old provider before the holidays this year as this really cant continue with numerous competitors joining the neighborhood.Thanks for nothing,
