Ordered a guitar amp and they sent me a wildlife kit. Tried to call them, never got a response. Returned the item through Amazon and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund of my 260 dollars. From all the reviews Ive just now read, I wouldnt suggest doing business with this company.

Bought a guitar pedal from here. Guitar pedal never worked so I sent it back months ago after my product return was accepted, and I haven’t gotten my money back and I can’t even get ahold of them. They will not respond or give me my refund after they said they will. I would never associate myself with anything regarding quantum.

I bought a wireless headset for my husband, decided wanted to send back and get the next headset with more features. Returned the item the next day requesting a refund, to my surprise my refund didnt go back to my card instead I have a gift card on Amazon!

Try and get in contact with this company, I will bet that they will respond in maybe 2 weeks but that is a stretch. It usually takes me over 2 weeks and well over 5 emails to get in contact with them. I received two mics when I ordered three and it was the worst return process I have ever went through. I have since returned all mics and my refund is taking 3x as long as expected. I have sent multiple emails and posted multiple reviews and still no answer or refund. Will never work this company again.

Ordered Scorpio Black 750 GB 7200rpm 16MB cache, received WD BLUE 500GB 5400rpm 8MB cache !!!!!!!!!! and on top of that I received the order from someone else composed of books for an amount of 110$ .... what happen in this company ??? do they mix randomly orders from customers and send them like this?Avoid these guys ....
