Melwin, who happens to be point of contact, updated me with the rings progress along the way from the moment the diamond was secured w/manufacturer to shipping it overnight to me. Melwins customer service is second to none, and I recommend purchasing from them. Not to mention, their prices are the lowest Ive found. Its rare these days that low price constitutes excellent customer service, but Melwins got it down on both grounds!

I did a bit of research and it checked out. I ordered the diamond and upon receipt I had it appraised. Again, everything was as described. GIA number checked out and the description was accurate. One thing to note is that the company doesn’t actually carry the diamonds, so once you place the order, they have to check and see if the partner company still has it.
