What a great find in the neighborhood! My neighbor highly recommended them and now I do the same. I walked in with 5 old laptops and Daniel was so patient in helping me with them. I listened as he patiently advised someone on the phone about a computer problem. They know what theyre doing and theyre fairly priced. Plus, they are good guys. What could be better? Min and Daniel were very kind. They did the work at a reasonable rate and did it promptly. They offered to do future work and gave me a very good price estimate for it. I will be going back to them!Update - went back 8 months later for work on a different issue. They worked so hard to get my computer into excellent shape - its like having a new machine! Brought in an HP laptop that needed a screen replaced. (I had taken it to Staples and had been brushed off.) The work was done within 24 hours. Very pleased.

A few weeks ago, we upgraded to a 4K smart TV and a new router in our home Setting up these new devices by ourselves would have been a daunting task.for us. We contacted Shine and they were very amenable to setting up an appointment time that was convenient for us. The technician they sent over (Min?) was very focused and professional. The setup of the new devices was done quickly and correctly. I would definitely contact Shine again for any technological issues

Total lifesavers. I broke my computer three days before the bar exam. The Apple store said they couldnt fix it. I took it to Shine and they went above and beyond to get it fixed it in time. I am so thankful for their hard work.

This guy is amazing. I brought my newly built gaming pc in for a number of reasons. First, it would bluescreen on startup. Second, the computer wouldnt detect my drives as bootable. I came at him with these problems and he fixed them in about an hour and a half. Keep in mind this was after hours, and he took time away from meeting his wife to fix my computer. I will never forget this kindness.

These guys rock! Can handle anything under pressure and understand the panic you feel when a device has failed you. They stand by their work and work until the problem is solved.

Horrible. First they lost my computer. Then they had my computer over a month now. Sais he will give me a call and never call me. I would have to call or show up. Then they couldnt fix my computer but still charging me a high price with nothing is fixed. I will never ever in my life do business with them again. Horrible horrible place.

This guy is a swindler! I accidently damaged a screen of my brand new laptop and brought it to this shop for repair which was done. However, the repair guy intentionally pulls out the connector for the fan, which cause laptop overheat and disturb the operation system with no simple recovery. He expects me to come back soon, so he didn’t even put back half of screws on the panel. It cost me a few hours to detect and fix the problem (first time opening laptop), but if you know exactly what to do then its only 2 min of work with potential “parts and labor” charge around $130
