Donna was very unprofessional and delayed services.1st I gave my ref #.she said she didnt need and asked for i.d..I produced and then she asked who money came from my telephone number and proceeded to take my photo after what seemed a long deliberate delay.then she asked now for my reference #...my sisters name Clementinr Lugay..mines Clement Lugay.I clearly think she needs training and realization that she is there to serve..and not to try to bully behind the glass but do her job in a fluent..timely..efficient manner knowing that the customer is tte customer and needs be served NOT PROFILLED and treated different from other raced!Even I use their again..I would steer away from unprofessional Donna And for the good of the business.train her or change her local to nonzcustomer facing function!Thanks

I understand is a holiday but I know someone has to put the hours on here to let people know whether is open or close and ya put is open. I went there and is close. Whoever is running this business doesnt value they customers . if ya going be close then please put the right info like other CFSC. People actually we go thinking is open n is not. Wasting people time.

A clerk made an error on his end, I put out another suggestion, he rolled his eyes, went to his supervisor and they both berated and said they cared about their job and could not proceed with the transaction. They have the worse customer service at this location, especially with the women in charge. Way too much power tripping mentality for a simple transaction. Do not go here.

Absolutely horrible establishment, both cashiers ignored customers, and spoke on their phones non-stop, they where more interested in talking to their friends than doing their job, when I asked to get seen the cashier had an attitude and refused to change my cheque, then insulted me in Spanish thinking I wouldnt understand, avoid this hole at all cost, unless you want to waste 30 minutes of your day. Abmisal service for the second time, dont know why I tried them again, will not return, absolutely awful..
