I used this business many years ago when I first moved to New York City and from time to time would receive emails with discounts or outreach for services around the holidays or long weekends.Last week I responded to one of those emails and got a response so fast!!! Mike is incredibly responsive via text - I don’t know if he sleeps lol, but within 20 minutes I was able to book an appointment (via text) for that week (2 days later) and the technician came right on time; he was really pleasant and explained everything that he was doing and the sofa I had cleaned only took 30 minutes!! I was able to continue working at my desk while he cleaned! He did a great job and I let the cushions dry for 24 hours before putting them back onto the sofa frame. I will definitely use them for anything I need in the future!! Highly recommend !

Fantastic service, communicated they would come early and were done quickly but with a very thorough cleaning. My couch is 7 years old and looks as good as new, will definitely use again.

I found this place on Google. And the reviews was great, so I decided to give this company a try . The gentleman came 5min early. I had a time slot for 8-9:30am Sunday Aug 22. He arrived 7:55am. I was definitely impressed. He took his time and was very detailed. Also had protected items,while entering into my home. Face was covered and shoes. I appreciated that . We had our couch and armchair steam cleaned about two weeks ago and it was a great experience from start to finish. Our couch is about six years old and although it wasn’t terribly stained, there were a few stains and years of dust, pet hair, and regular use made it sort of gross. The armchair is probably ten years old.I emailed the company and within 10-15 minutes I was contacted via text with information. I sent photos of the furniture and was sent back 3 options. We went for the basic level, since we didn’t have any serious staining. It was $199 for both pieces.Two days later the technician arrived and spent about an hour cleaning the furniture.We are VERY PLEASED with the results. The couch and chair look amazing, smell good, and I can’t believe we haven’t done this before. With two cats, it’s hard to keep everything clean even with regular vacuuming.Highly recommended.

Cheap and efficient. The technician did such an incredible job getting all the stains out and the couch was softer and more comfortable afterward. It took less time than I thought it would and the whole apt smelled clean and fresh for a day or two afterward. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The team is professional, respectful and responsible for the services provided. The approximate working time is about one hour and the precautions taken during Covid is thoughtful and well-rounded. Masks, gloves, shoe cases, cleaning machines and waste water are all taken care of. Not even mentioning how amazing the job is done within such a short time. So upon requesting a quote, i sent in a picture of my carpet showing the style of carpet it is. i received a few different price points based on the size and picture of the carpet.upon the technician arriving and inspecting the carpet he suggested the mid level cleaning ($119.99) and certified that it would be clean as if it was new. 10 mins later he calls and mentioned that he could not get out the stain completely. upon further inspection i noticed he did not even touch the edges of the carpet. I asked him what about the edges he goes on and says oh i cannot do that section and immediately leaves. keep in mind he never attempted to get the stain out by working the area again or anything.so i message the contact person for the company, and he states that technician said that i asked for it to be clean with out wetting the floors which was a complete lie as i have waterproof floors. the contact person goes on to tell me that they can not do those edges on site and that the carpet would have to me removed. This was not relayed to me upon requesting the quoteover all horrible experience, they did not even offer to come back and attempt to re clean my carpet. I basically gave a random person $120.00 to come wet my carpet and walk away all in less the 10 mins. pictures show how my carpet was cleanedAn update(07/24/2020), the owner tried to buy the bad review out in order for me to get a refund. Horrible buisness practice, instead of offering to clean my carpet correctly.I wish i could update the pictures to show text proof of the correspondence, i contacted google to try and do so.

I just had cleaning services performed on my couch and headboard and they look no different. It’s almost as if someone came and wet my furniture with water and used a vacuum to give it pretty lines and the appearance of being clean when it actually was not. Though the tech arrived early and was extremely kind he was not efficient and was at my apartment for less than an hour. I waited for my items to dry before contacting the company to address my dissatisfaction and was met with no resolve or an offer of resolve.
