Ive been having my hair cut here for over ten years. I even moved to a different part of the city, but I always come back here. They are extremely good, courteous, professional, and of the highest quality. They recently moved next door, and their new space looks fantastic. They are extremely clean and are following COVID protocols to the letter. You can also call ahead to see if there is currently any wait. Highly recommended!

Boris is the best barber in nyc hands down.. He is the goat of haircuts and I’m talking about all type of styles and designs. He is a life saver for me hence why I been going to him twice a week for the past 8 years. The man makes me feel so good after I get a haircut from him, on top of this he has an amazing personality such a cool dude and funny as well he is without a doubt the best barber in All of Manhattan such a talented perfectionist!

This is the best barber shop in NYC. Boris and the team all do a great job. I was coming here for years, but unfortunately moved out of the city. I really miss this place. Now when I come home after another haircut my wife has a look of disgust and says “That’s definitely not a Boris cut”. It hurts.

Great cut, I had mine done by the woman that works in the last booth. Liked it a lot and she was very friendly. For just $18 in the city its a great deal; definitely coming back.Came back multiple times after, Eddie and Boris are both great too.

Think I have tried all the barbers in the neighbourhood over the years, and discovered Headline a year ago. They actually give you exactly the hair cut you ask for! (Quite rare in my experience in NYC.) And they are very particular / careful. Pleased to have found this place, and Isaac and Boris are very good at what they do.

I used to be a regular here. Three times I got a haircut here with guys other than Boris and 3 times I had a horrible experience!Once I had to wait for almost two hours. They let several people who clearly were not in line at all get in front of me!!The second time I waited inside for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I was told that they wont cut my hair because its going to be past 7 when they finish with the guy in front of me.Now, I come in there specifically asking for a shape-up. Without saying anything the guy gives me a fade, cuts my hair short, and then has the nerve to tell me I need to pay for a normal haircut price when I CLEARLY said, shape-up.3 strikes and youre out. I will never get my haircut here again.
