Attending a work related event at this beautiful venue, Edison Ballroom, right next to the Hotel Edison. CAIPA Heritage Night is using this gorgeous place the 2nd time and the atmosphere is just right and food are good too.

My husband and I couldnt be happier with our venue choice for our wedding day back in December 2019. Edison Ballroom has that old New York flair and a certain je ne sais quoi - its not your typical wedding venue or ballroom AT ALL.Alexa Volpe was our coordinator and she was responsive and helpful from the start, no matter how many e-mails went back and forth between us. We ended up doing a 3-hour afterparty within the venue as well, which was convenient for guests and doable for the space since they are able to stay open & serve alcohol well into the early hours of the morning.The value we received at Edison Ballroom was unsurpassed. Their packages allow for so much food and drink, and the quality of their menu offering is delicious. Many of our guests told us that it was the best food theyve ever had at a wedding. Others told us that the space itself was so different than any other wedding theyve attended and that it was truly unique. For my husband and I, it very much suited our aesthetic and the kind of wedding reception we envisioned for ourselves. We genuinely loved every moment of our night.So if youre looking for a something different in the heart of Manhattan with delicious food, great staff, and the ability to keep your guests partying on the premises until 4am, this is the venue for you.

Carpenters graduation took place here. It is a beautiful place, service was good and the food was great.

Ambiance is nice, food was decent. Security however, was extremely unprofessional. Kids who took a cab home were held in against their will. The staff were extremely rude and refused to address the legality of it. Everything but the security was fine. Would not come here again though.

Nice place for the party. Plenty of staff to assist. Nice music and decor. Guessing that depends on whom you hire.Food was ok. Very limited vegetarian choices. Wines were decent. Again, depends on your service providers.Not sure if you can subdivide the place for smaller groups

Beautiful place for an event. Double tier and worthy of weddings. Unfortunately the food was down right horrible. I think that may have been the fault of the kitchen staff that we hired? Im not sure. But my time here was for a Xmas party, so it may have been a 3rd party kitchen. Either way, the feel of the place gets a 4 star. The bad food makes it a 3.

Holiday party was beautiful at this location. Food was great and the location is easily accessible.

Very elegant redone Art Deco ballroom with excellent food and waitstaff in a central location that is nearly half the price of a comparable high end Manhattan ballroom venue. This is one of the last grand ballrooms in the City and one of the last Art Deco ones now that the Chinese are gutting the Waldorf.

Won a prize from Powerball. Saw the Beach Boys.

Attended a reunion here. Coat check can get chaotic because the natural line that forms is exactly where the exit is. Other than that the venue was quite spacious and there were ample bars from which to procure libations.

Its the perfect experience for corporation events. Nice location, only issues is when you uber it will take longer to meet your driver.

An old fashioned ballroom that has been renovated and refurbished to have a modern and classical vibe. The seating was great and the food served was alright.

Had our company party there, from the time you walk in till you leave the staff was always around either serving food/drinks or cleaning up, very friendly, place was amazing.

I danced here for many years when it was called the Supper Club. I recently went for a benefit event. It was excellent food and service, and all was very perfect, (although there was no dancing.)

The catering area is rather small so if you have a big group its going to be tight. We had our waiter giving us plates to pass around as he couldnt get through. There wasnt even room to dance.
