A very nice mid-sized event space in Chelsea. Fairly close to the Subway but the M14D & M12 are closer still.I was here for the 200th Anniversary of Guinness in America event. It was excellent. Theres a food prep area that kept pumping out tasty food all night long. Theres a stage for live music and/or DJs. The sound filled up the space very well.The restrooms arent ADA compliant because of the stairs. Thats a problem. I dont know if they offered any other accommodations.The loading dock are makes for a great antechamber before entering the venue proper. Guinness used it to put their vintage Studebaker beer truck. It was a sweet truck.Overall its a great space. I look forward to attending other events here in the future.
