Hello delivered a large rental order to me for Halloween weekend. They were extremely communicative and professional. The driver arrived on time and had a strong knowledge of the equipment we were renting. They resolved any problems we had quickly, and I will definitely be renting from them again

We made it quite clear that our need for the machines we rented was for one specific weekend. One machine arrived the day before the event so we barely had time to get familiar with it. The other arrived after the weekend. Completely useless to us. When we returned the equipment, we were advised that we hadnt returned a piece. Im fairly certain that we returned everything that wed received, but we didnt take a picture (lesson there) so we cant assert without doubt that we did. Just wasnt a good experience.

They are great to work with for iPad rentals! Fast service and you get the return box and label so easy to return them. The iPads are in good shape when they arrive so you are ready to go with adapters and cases, etc.
