Susi was instrumental in getting me to sign Ava after just one visit. Patient, genuine, helpful,sweet, and super responsive. On move in, I was doing a crazy amount of heavy lifting myself, Chris at the front Desk surprised me by offering to help me with my massively heavy package. I just felt so at home and cared for right away. One day two, I had a few questions about the building and apartment, Addison, the manager, was a bit more serious than the rest at first but he’s also super helpful, efficient and genuine. Today is my fifth day here, I entered my first maintenance order but not because anything was broken, I just really needed help replacing the shower head I bought. Cameron arrived literally 10 hours after I entered my ticket. He was so nice and so helpful. I even had a slightly greedy request to get another thing I bought installed, he gracefully tried even though he knew it wouldn’t work haha. I used to audit five star luxury hotels for a living, the staff at Ava are noteworthy. Whatever work culture they have or team incentives, it’s one for the books. Really such a lovely place to live. If coming home to happy souls wasn’t a good enough selling point, I will admit there are more luxurious buildings on this same street, but the amount you pay for the square footage, in the exact same location, this is the most logical choice when it comes to value. If you’re checking this area out, you’ll see :)

I would like to give shoutouts to a few staff members working at AVA Highline. Jose from maintenance is a magician. Whatever problems you might run into in your apartment, he will come and fix it for you with a smile. Professional, friendly and great at his job. Kelly Comeau, the community coordinator, is the best! She is so down to earth, kind and always willing to help out with whatever questions you might have about living here. She knows the building inside out. Lastly, I have know Chris, Josh and Oscar at front desk for a while now and they are very personable and just a delight to be around.

I moved here in December and absolutely love it. The building is modern and clean with wonderful amenities and is pet-friendly. The staff is so friendly and helpful; theyve gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at home here. Chris at the front desk is the best! Hes even helping teach my puppy some new tricks. Highly recommend living here for not only the building but the community.

Moved here last year, just renewed my lease and likely to renew it again next year!Seriously, AVA High Line is one of the best apartments Ive lived in. The staff is incredible (front-desk, community, etc.) Its clear the staff is dedicated to the quality for the community. The staff knows the residents well and are always king, my packages/mail always arrive on time and untampered with, and lease management tasks are always just easy. For example, when renewing my lease, Susi was extremely patient in handling my lease and billing questions - helped me answer every question I thought of possible and guided me knowledgeably throughout the whole process. The front-desk staff (Chris, Hector, and a couple of the new members) is super kind and always helpful as well.The maintenance service is amazing. As an example, I will put a maintenance request at midnight and seriously get service in the morning (which is unheard of in most NY buildings) -- and Ive done this for light bulbs, washer/dryer, random shelves, A/C unit and more.The apartments themselves are clean, the walls are incredibly well sound-proofed, and the sense of community is strong (for new york) and generally just things work the way they should. The building is super dog-friendly as well.P.S. the buildings are rent controlled, which is another huge perk.

Roberto Madrid was excellent. He went up and down about 3x to help me out with an electrical issue I was having with my living room wall. While he was assisting with my initial concern, I asked him a question about the air conditioning units and he showed me how to change the settings. This is not the first time Roberto has assisted me and each time he is friendly, professional and addresses all my concerns.

I am coming up on my year at AVA and thus far living here has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance has always showed up the same day a request was made. The building and the floor I live on are always clean. Also, my apartment is super quiet so I am able to work without any noise concerns.

Ava is a great place to live with a wonderful sense of community. Since day one, the staff has been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone I have worked with has been welcoming, friendly and eager to help in any way that they can. Someone whos made me feel at home was Chris. I dont think Ive ever seen him without a smile on his face. Hes been a great support system, with an incredible follow up. Its always appreciated!

We have lived in Ava High Line for over 3 years and have absolutely loved it! The amenities are awesome, the building is always immaculately clean and the management & maintenance are always prompt, professional and helpful. One of our favorite aspects of the living community is the front desk Concierge staff. The entire group is so friendly and take the time to get to know the residents. This personal touch and thoughtfulness has meant even more over the past challenging year; during this time, Chris, has become such a great part of our daily routine in Ava. Its evident how hard working he is and weve seen firsthand how he goes above and beyond to help all residents and make them feel welcome and at home. No matter what he is in the middle of, he takes the extra time to make sure he gives anyone that comes by personal attention, whether it pertains to something in the building or just chatting about regular life - it goes a long way to have someone like that be so integral in the Ava experience.

I absolutely love living here, amenities are great always clean and the staff is always super helpful and friendly and always thinking of little extra thing to make holidays special. The apartments are modern and pet friendly and our street is quiet yet near everything. I would recommend this building.

Ava High Line is everything you want in an apartment building in NYC; its a COMMUNITY! Proud to continue my lease with them- Susi is incredible at keeping in touch, answering any questions/concerns we have, Kelly has done a great job organizing some fun, safe Post-Quarantine community events (LOVE the Yappy Hour events for the residents with dogs), our concierge works so hard ALL of the time (saying hi, dealing with 100s of deliveries, helping with any questions), & the maintenance team: the elevators, hallways, sidewalks outside are ALWAYS in tip-top quality. Any type of request I have put in (garbage disposal, washing machine, lightbulbs, AC)- I know I can depend on a knock on the door the following morning. I appreciate each and every staff member in this building- Thank you for making this place such a great community to be apart of!

AVA is a fantastic place to live! Between the near soundproof walls and windows, to the hassle free Amazon hub lockers and package service (the front desk staff will put frozen or perishables into the fridge/freezer for you until you’re able to pick up!), to the super friendly staff and residents, I feel very lucky to call this place my home. Special shoutout to Chris, who goes out of his way to get to know you and make you smile (and who is always happy to indulge my new pup in a quick play session!). I work long hours and don’t get to see my friends and family as much as I’d like, and having Chris (or another friendly face!) in the lobby to greet me or have a quick chat with has been such a blessing.

I really enjoy living at AVA High Line. The location is wonderful and the apartments spacious. Most importantly, the staff is welcoming and really makes this place feel home, for both me and my puppy, Wynnie! Whenever I leave/enter the lobby, they always have a warm or kind word, and the few times Ive had maintenance requests, those requests have been addressed incredibly quickly (sometimes within minutes).

We recently relocated to NYC and moved into Ava High Line in May. The process is clear, staff was friendly and we felt very accepted here despite being new to the city. Loved the move in process (thx Josh!) as well and would definitely recommend others to join!

I moved to AVA High Line in December and I absolutely love it! I have had no issues, but if I did I would feel very comfortable asking anyone who works here, especially Chris, who answers any questions that I have and makes me feel super safe at all hours. Ive been living here since September and do not have one thing to complain about. The building is new and consistently maintained and cleaned, staff very friendly and more than willing to help out with whatever you need, neighbors are quiet, etc. One of your employees, Chris, has always been especially nice and welcoming every morning I see him. All of the staff are friendly but he is most definitely the most welcoming. Would highly recommend anyone to live here.

I have moved into the Ava High line building from the Flat Iron district and happy with the decision. The building and the units are new and have new appliances with in-unit washer/dryers which is a huge plus! The gym has professional machines, weights, and equipment and isnt the usually apartment one. Im an avid runner and being next to the Hudson River makes it very convenient for me. The 7 line is about a 10 min walk with 1 stop to Times Square for access to most MTA lines. All the concierges are friendly and doesnt feel like the typical guarded NYC vibe. I enjoy interacting with Joe when hes working as he has a positive vibe and has great recommendations on what do in the city especially the latest Broadway shows to check out. Overall a good community to live at.

It is an amazing environment, neat surroundings, wonderful staff and beautiful place to call home. The staff are excellent, its wonderful interacting with guys like Hector, Chris, Peter and co. The Ava High Line is a great place to live, especially because of the staff. One staff person that stands out is Chris at the front desk. He always has a smile on his face and always greets me when I leave/return to the building. I truly appreciate his positive attitude and eagerness to help, and he makes the Ava High Line feel like home.

This has been a great place to call home. Everyone who works here is warm and helpful. We see Chris almost every day, and he always greets us with a smile and goes out of his way to help. Similarly, the entire front desk team - Demol, Gerald, Hector, Peter, Josh, and William - are welcoming and friendly. Shout out as well to the cleaning crew and maintenance team. We don’t have many maintenance requests but as soon as we do, Jose is on the case. Also Cam and CJ saved us last year with a huge assist that has made our lives much easier. It’s a well-run building and we’re happy to have found it.

Love the building. All the staff is great, specially Chris. They greet you every time you come home, help you when you ever need it (including Chriss help in taking out the package that is jammed in the mailbox) and it is a really clean building, with fantastic modern decor. I have a feeling Im never moving out from my home.

My husband and I have had the best experience at AVA Highline. We moved from Seattle, WA to this apartment complex in August 2020 without seeing the complex in person as we needed to sign a lease before we arrived to NYC. We were really torn between a few complexes, but we are so glad we decided to live here. The location is great (especially if you are new to the area) since everything is walking distance (subway lines, Hudson Yards Mall, Whole Foods, Chelsea Piers, restaurants!) But what has made our experience so memorable is that all the staff here are genuinely so nice! Chris at the front greets us by name when we see him and even says hello to our dog. That’s the other great thing about AVA Highline - this is a very dog friendly community and you can really tell. I highly recommend AVA Highline.

This building is amazing, one you can call home (a rare statement for an apartment building in nyc) and its not so much because of the perks (although the building is nice, clean, has decent amenities and rooftop/lounge), but because of the people who work here to make it great. Service is clearly something valued at this particular location and it makes all the difference. Chris--- friendly smile, he remembers when I have a package, always goes the extra mile in little ways, respects your privacy and after not living in AVA for a year and returning to live here (yes, I wish I had never left), he remembered me AND my dog. I shouldnt have been surprised because thats so like him--genuine and kind, someone who cares. Demol, Josh, Will, Hector and Peter--although I dont see them as much because of my schedule, theyre ALWAYS a friendly smile and a hello when I come by, willing to answer my questions and create a feeling of safety in the building. Also special s/o to Susi, who helped me and my partner find our current apartment at AVA after countless emails and virtual visits. Weve lived in the AVA Building for almost 4 years and love it...the whole staff is amazing but this particular shout-out is for Carolyn (Community Manager), William (Community Coordinator) and Jose (Maintenance). A kitchen cabinet that was built-in wore down over time and needed to be replaced. As they no longer make it, we thought wed have to go with one from IKEA (which the building procured on our behalf), which really wasnt in keeping with the style and decor of the unit and our design taste. We had offered to buy a new cabinet, provided that the building was OK with it since wed be adding something to the unit that wasnt simply cosmetic. Not only did they approve but they went above and beyond in providing us with an account credit for the piece and with installation. William and Jose worked together to have the old cabinet removed, wait for us to paint the wall and then Jose came back a few days later and did a bang-up job installing it...it looks beautiful and were so pleased. Jose also helped with some other maintenance touch-ups while he was here (paint, caulk), which was so nice as we know installing the cabinet was already quite a job and he has many other maintenance appointments between both buildings on a Friday. This is beyond 5-star service and the reason why we remain loyal AVA residents. Thanks for making our house a home, AVA!

Besides trusting him implicitly with any services provided, he provides a feeling of security through his interactions, reliability and demeanor.

Five stars all around! I recently moved into the community and my experience has been nothing but positive. The community is really well kept (serious props to how clean the trash/recycling room is continuously kept) and Hector and the concierge team are A++. Theyve helped me so much throughout my move- definitely going way above and beyond. My move in process was easy and smooth thanks to Suzi and the property management team. (I was moving cross country in the midst of a pandemic, so did everything virtually.) Before my move, I read reviews that were posted and re: the reviews noting the noise, outside of typical city noise (really, Im not sure what people expect living in NYC or any other downtown area for that matter), I havent heard a thing. Im really happy with my decision to move here. =)

I have lived at the Ava High Line since the building opened about four years ago. We were the first tenants in a brand new apartment. We could not be happier. The staff and the teams at AVA contribute greatly to a pleasant and professional environment. I would be remiss if I did not give a special shout out to Hector, Chris, Peter, Gerald at the concierge desk, as well as Jose in maintenance. Every organizations greatness is because of the people who serve. I cannot think of a more dedicated and on-point team. A very happy resident.

Horrible, the dryer doesn’t work and they keep trying to fix it for days, bad bad service in the building, we so much regret moving here.Update: AC is also not working as well as dishwasher had a horrible smell that won’t go away. As well as the terrible stain all over bathroom sink top that management promised to fix but never did!Question to management: even in regular conditions outside I do not understand how possibly your team wouldn’t check for all the issues before a new tenant moves in. In the midst of pandemic that is not only disrespectful but also puts people in additional danger.If I could, I’d give negative stars. The only good thing about this building is a nice doorman ChrisUpdate: here is the water in the building! It also leaves black residue! They claim it is required to turn off water every other month like they do but it is not the case. They seem to have some issues with pipes and tenants get all this nasty dirty water!

We hear our neighbor almost every day. Complained so many times! Bass. Music! At night too! Cant wait when our lease is expired! Thank you for doing nothing!

We had Oscar from the leasing team take care of us through the entire process, and he handled all our requests to tour different apartments and all our questions flawlessly. He definitely contributed to us choosing this place. We love AVA so far and are happy we made it our home. The concierge staff is awesome and we love the amenities. My only request would be to put a rowing machine in the gym! Even without that, the place still deserves 5 stars.

There are many buildings in New York but none quite like this one. What makes a good building is not only the people in it but the staff that makes it all come together. It starts at the front desk where the concierge Chris, Will, Josh, & Hector take it to a whole other level. Aside from regular duties, they lend an ear and go over and beyond with anything you may need. They truly are a full resource. The Community staff comprised of Addison, Jessica, and Madison really make the area a fun place to work, hang out and socialize. The maintenance staff is amazing and handles any issue with lightning speed.

Dog friendly community in a quiet neighborhood. The building is clean and modern. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Addison took care of our leasing process and followed through. The other staffers (Madison, Chris, and William) are all very nice and efficient. Keep up the good work!

AVA High Line is a great place to live. Clean and modern building and units, great location (next to the High Line, an easy walk to Penn Station and just a block from the Hudson River). Ill miss these guys and this place as I move to Chicago.

I actually was just on a tour with my friend to help him finding a new apartment. Although my friend did not end up applying at AVA but I love the vibe of the building. It’s young, chic and energetic. Special thanks to Oscar who showed us the building. He first offered us some beverages from the show room after the blistering walk on the street, was very friendly and professional, also know a lot about the culture of my country ! I would definaitely consider to move to AVA after my flat falls in later this year in Queens.

Great vibe, even better staff. Feels like family. For example, Chris is so positive and sunny in the morning. Best place to live.We decided to stay for our third year in part because the team is so tight. Kelly our community manager navigated with Andy and Jameson who really listened and responded to a maintenance question I had and voila, I was back in business the same day! Listening can be such an important and rare skill these days!

My girlfriend and I have lived at AVA for 4 years. We love Chelsea, and its access to the west side highway as well as the Highline. The staff does a great job making the building feel like home! Joe welcomes us home daily and knows most residents by name. Chris wishes us a good morning, and gives our dog treats after her morning walk. Overall the building does a great job, but it is the staff that goes the extra mile.

The leasing and move-in process was super easy. It was the first place that we looked and we signed immediately. It is an extremely dog friendly building, with an amazing rooftop, backyard area with grills and a fire pit, and indoor area for lounging or meeting friends. All of the amenities are wonderful for entertaining since have a studio apartment. Its an L shape studio, which is great to hide our bedroom and it has laundry in unit. The monthly rent is unbeatable for this area.

Ava High line is a gem....perfect location .....spacious apartments and beautiful building. What I enjoy most about this place though is definitely the staff. Chris always makes sure to greet me when I enter the building with a “happy Friday” or “welcome home” and is always accommodating when I need assistance or have any questions.

The staff at AVA High Line always went out of their way to make your day-to-day enjoyable. The building has great ammenties (firepit, BBQs. rooftop, and a gym for an additional cost) and they do a great job at ensuring common places are kept clean. The neighborhood itself can feel a little commercial but the AVA does a great job at having community events and getting to know each resident. I will sincerely miss living at the AVA.

Moving to NYC has been so much easier from start to finish because we moved into the AVA Highline. From Addison who showed us apartments to Jess who is happy to help with any little thing. Chris always knows my name when I arrive home. When our 13 year old lab passed away, they were all so kind and the staff sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Such a lovely kindness. I look forward to walking in the door everyday and enjoy having a full kitchen to make use of the wonderful ingredients that Chelsea has to offer. Steps to so many great things and so nice to have Penn station, subways and the Lincoln tunnel close by.

Extremely warm staff and by far the most beautiful building with great atmosphere! It has tons of amenities including a nice private gym, BBQ space and a rooftop overlooking the city. Love walking in to hearing “Welcome Home” from every doorman, especially from Chris - the sweetest guy in the building!!!

All the staff at AVA High Line are extremely friendly! The building is modern and spacious and my friends always compliment the decor of the entrance seating area. Addison really helped me with the leasing and move in process, and continues to be helpful and accommodating. Really enjoy living here!

My husband and I have lived at the AVA High Line for the past 3 years and it has been one of the most amazing experiences! The building itself is trendy, clean and offers great amenities such as outdoor BBQ, ping pong, fire pit, grills, lounge chairs, and a roof deck. Even better, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and is unlike any management or concierge we have ever seen before. The community feel is like no other and most of the staff is available 24/7. The location has been perfect since it is such an up and coming area and new restaurants, bars, etc are being built constantly. We highly recommend this building to anyone and wish we didnt have to move to the suburbs and give up this amazing apartment.

Big shout out to Oscar! He showed me around the beautiful apartment passionately, answering all my questions patiently from the apartment, neighborhood, to NYC. Christopher Gonzalez is one of the best concierge around! For the past 2 years he has gone above and beyond for me. Im met every morning with a very positive good morning and I look forward to seeing him everyday. Just thought you should know what a gem you have!!!

I lived at AVA Highline for a year and I have to say it was the best first apartment you could ask for. The staff is amazing, Joe, Dom, Chris, Hector and the rest really do an amazing job at making you feel at home. They are always there willing to help when needed and always have a smile on. If it wasn’t for my rent going up I would have stayed there. The building is super clean and has great amenities. Highly recommend looking at this if you are looking to move to the area.

I have never taken the time to actually write an online review, but I found the service I received from Oscar Lee to be exceptionally remarkable . He took care of everything and kept me well-informed the whole time. I was very pleased with the units he presented. Top agent. Such a friendly and professional young man. I cannot believe that it all went so smoothly. Oscar made AVA High Line such a welcoming place to live in. I couldnt be happier to have this delightful experience with him!

I have lived in Ava for 8 months now, and have enjoyed every minute of it. It is safe, clean and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The concierge definitely sets this building apart from others - Hector, Dom, Chris are so welcoming and friendly. I always know I will be greeted with a smile when I get home. And a HUGE shout out to Joe(y) at the concierge - he always goes above and beyond!!

My elderly mother got to spend the last 6 years of her life living in great comfort and safety at the AVA High Line. Im grateful to the entire staff there for looking out for her as I live across the country, and everyone there was always extremely polite, courteous and extremely helpful anytime I visited or needed anything. Everything there is always top notch.

Ive lived in 6 doorman buildings in the city and Ava High Line was by far the best. In all of the other buildings I would dread coming home to be greeted by the doormen because usually I wasnt in the mood to talk and the whole interaction was very robotic. My experience with Avas concierge was the opposite. JOE specifically was my favorite- he is friendly, helpful and most importantly genuine. I know I wasnt the only person that felt that way about Joe because residents would line up to talk to him (myself included). Ava is extremely lucky to have Joe!

AVA High Line in and of itself is a nice community however what set it apart from the others for us is Jessie. From our first phone contact through move-in and now post move-in, she has been and continues to be delightful to work with. Her helpful above and beyond attitude is refreshing. Thanks Jessie!

Building was great. Great facilities and central location. What surprised me about the viewing was the leasing officers, Oscars, service. He addressed all of our needs including information about the area, tours of the common areas, different apartment viewings from studios to one bedrooms to fit my needs, and provided clear instructions on the application process. I’ve heard horror stories about renting in NYC but thanks to Oscar I didn’t have to witness it myself. He truly was the one who made my move so smooth and successful.

More a review of Noel who works in maintenance.Noel was able to come by promptly and fix an issue for me very quickly that two previous maintenance personnel had been unable to resolve.In addition, he was willing to fit time into an already busy schedule that day to come by and fix my washer despite not previously being informed there was a problem. Will likely ask for him in the future as his responsiveness and the speed with which he was able to fix everything was just great.Thanks Noel!

I have lived in the Ava Highline for a year and a half and love the community. The staff here really makes the Ava stand apart from other buildings. They are extremely attentive and responsive to all maintenance requests/building issues. Joe in particular makes a point to always welcome each resident home and knows each resident by name. He always does his job with a smile, and goes above and beyond to make the Ava the best community to live in.

It’s always nice to see Chris in the morning he greets me and my pup with a great smile and a good morning. Really brightens up my day. It’s awesome living at the Ava. My second year here and would love to stay for much longer.

Having the distinction of being one of the very first residents to move into AVA, I can say after 3+ years that the staff has consistently gone above and beyond on all levels of service, and are a big part of why we have stayed here as long as we have. Most recently William Ivaska went out of his way to help me (and oversee) with some paint work we had done while we were traveling. Had full trust in him, and we never gave it a second thought. William has always been hugely helpful and accommodating, even when he doesnt need to. An asset to AVA and we cannot thank him enough!

I have been a resident of AVA High Line for almost a year now.The service level by employees is excellent, from management to the concierges. Every time I get home a concierge greets me, making me feel welcome! Their hard work make a difference!Joseph Talluto is one of the best concierges I have ever seen, he is always ready to help an welcomes residents with a genuine and warm smile every time they walk in the building! This makes a big difference, especially in a harsh city like NYC . Chris and Hector are also excellent concierges!

Fantastic building with every amenity you could ask for. Importantly, people here are really looked after by warm and friendly staff. Oscar has been fantastic with us, helpful and friendly - his professionalism and service was impeccable.

I have been a resident at Ava W 28 St for the past 2 1/2 years. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant although I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of some of the other tenants. I think a little more individual screening might go a long way to address this issue. I dont appreciate drunken/ intoxicated guests of other tenants roaming the halls or hanging out in amenity areas late into the night.The staff, however is excellent. All levels of staff from Management to Maintenance are pleasant, attentive and responsive. I would especially like to point out the Concierge Team. Hector Sanchez, night concierge, could not be more helpful. He has on many occasions not only done his job but exceeded my expectations. Hector is very organized and can locate just about anything in a moments notice. His polite but firm manner can disarm even the most difficult party-goer who may have imbibed perhaps more than appropriate. I feel safe when Hector is on duty. I have personally experienced Hectors leadership skills during several building-wide incidents, such as an electrical blackout which occurred about a year ago. He notified his superiors, ConEd, NYC Emergency Response at lighting speed while maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor with tenants. His reassuring personal manner went a long way in maintaining a positive atmosphere and clear/timely communication under trying circumstances. I know who someone is when all is not going well! Hector is tops.

My partner and I have lived in AVA High Line for the past 3 years (our only home in NY so far). What a great place to live! The staff is definitely my favorite part as they are so nice, welcoming and so competent! The amenities are also great, particularly the gym and the rooftop in the summer!

AVA Highline is awesome! I have only lived here a short time but the experience has been so impressive so far that it is worth reviewing already. The building is beautiful, comfortable, modern, clean, well-maintained with great, easy-to-use amenities. The staff are beyond welcoming - so warm and friendly and helpful - the energy that they bring and the atmosphere they have created in the building makes this place a huge stand-out. It feels like home already and I have only been here a few weeks! I love my apartment - its airy and bright and spacious and the appliances are all high quality and modern. Love that it is dog-friendly and the neighborhood is great - quiet street, feels very safe, and great access to Chelsea and beyond. I feel lucky to live here - if you are considering - you ought to jump at the chance before word gets out and you cant get in :):).

I have been living here for 4 months now. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and everything works as expected. Special shoutout to the doormen/ladies for being particularly welcoming. Joe in particular is an incredible doorman who really goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. He offers a personal connection to this place that I would otherwise be missing!

An apartment building has never felt like home in the same way that AVA High Line does. The people who work here really put their heart and soul into their job and its a pleasure getting to see them every day. I moved to this apartment more than an year ago. I always have good experiences here and great amenities.The stuff of AVA High Line are always helpful and very friendly.Especially Addison Young in Sales & Service Supervisor helps me alot .I am absolutely living in this apartment another year.
