I cant begin to express my gratitude to the manager here. He went above and beyond to give me a new tire that I really couldnt afford....he made it happen. I am forever thankful.They are also convenient and easy access getting in and out on state road 54.

I had an 11am appointment today, I arrive at 1030am to have 2 rear tires installed that were ordered on Tuesday May 11th 2021. It is now 1230pm and my truck still has not been taken back for its new tires. This is not my first time here as I had an oil change done that took 4 1/2 hours. Since my company has a national account with them this is where I am supposed to go. I will not be using the Tires Plus at 7446 SR 54 ever again

I took my van up there to get my oil changed and they called me and said that my filters needed to be replaced and that there was a leak in my radiator on the passenger side and it would be almost $600 to fix, I told him to replace the filters but not the radiator. I took my cane a couple days later to my normal mechanic and he did the exact same pressure test on my van and found 0 leaks. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my van. I will NOT be going back to this places for anything. They fact that they tried to charge me almost $600 in work that wasn’t even necessary is absolutely shady. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on any work they tell you that needs to be done to your vehicle.

Took my truck that I bought for $500 in to have the brakes bled. They talked me into $1000 worth of brake work and my brakes still feel the same. It’ll stop but you have to plan ahead. They also tried talking me into $3000 in repairs for an oil leak. If you like blowing cash and don’t really care if your car gets fixed this is the place for you.

My husband got tires from Jose for his Mazda and I got breaks, roters, and tires all around my Hyundai and I think my serviceman was Steven(I dont remember but they are all awesome). Both cars were serviced quickly and efficiently! I had a slight issue with my Hyundai after I picked it up and they corrected the problem right away. I will never take our cars anywhere else!

Schedule appointment and they call to cancel cause they close before your appointment time. How about fixing your scheduling

Don’t take your car here. They don’t care about your time or letting you know what’s going on with your car. I was told 1 hrs and three hours later, they still have my car. I called multiple times and could never get a solid answer on what was happening. Manager doesn’t seemed bothered that my time was wasted. I couldn’t even get him to give me my keys to get in my house. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

They do a good job and are relatively quick, but watch out! They will try to sneak a problem on you and then the price they want for the repair is laughable. Be sure to get a second opinion before ANY repairs. Took the car to our regular mechanic and gave us a VERY different observation.

Theyve always done great work, are friendly & professional. Work done in a reasonable amount of time. Think their prices are fair, even lower than many I checked-tires anyway.

My mechanic Ken went way beyond his call to help me. If it wasnt for him and doing what he did I really dont know what I would have done. I had a wheel bearing that had rusted on from the salt up north and I wasnt sure how he was going to get the thing off but after working on it for some time he did it. I was so happy because if I had brought this to the dealer I am SURE they would have said that I needed to literately replace the axle and half of the other associated parts at Lord knows how much.

I took my car to Tires Plus. They worked on the car 3 different times. They returned the car to me, and told me that it was fixed. After driving for a couple days I noticed it was still broke and would not drive safely. I took vehicle to another repair shop for a safety check. I found out that the car was far from being fixed. I found out that I was in danger by driving i . I found out that they installed 2 tires on the right side of the vehicle, the tires they placed on my vehicle were too big for my car come on and were rubbing in the wheel Wells. They have taken $1200 of my money for work that was never completed, parts were missing, wrong size tires were put on. They will not return my phone call. They have completely ripped me off. Do not take your vehicle to Tires Plus you will be very disappointed. They let me leave their knowing my car was dangerous to drive, they knew the repairs were not done properly, and they knew they put the wrong size tires on a car.!!!!!!!! RIP off the consumer and not so much as a phone call being returned. .Horrible repair shop. Being a tire store I cant imagine how you can put 2 tires on a consumers car, knowing theyre the wrong size. What a bunch of rip off artists

Friendly and courteousOur battery light came on half a block away from them n we panicked! They were great n were able to get us in n out in an hr. They changed our alternator n our battery n did a great job! All the staff were friendly and courteous. We highly recommend them!😊

This place is pretty legit. We went in for a flat and they patched it but it still was leaking the next day. Brought it back along with an extra tire we had and they put the tire on free of charge.

Have gotten tires there and they are pretty good about getting you a good deal. But this past experience has been bad, wife went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told her she needs new brakes, I normally take care of her cars maintenance so I told her to tell them no and I will take care of it. She came home and when I tried to get her tires off, they cross-threaded 2 lugs on the passenger side and 2 on the driver side, and tighten the other ones so tight I had a hard time getting them off, called them and told them this and they said bring it back to them and they would look at it and fix it, we spent almost 2 hours while they fixed it, all because they were told not to do the brakes. And they let the same tech that broke it fix it.

Lost my service! Went in for a front end break job before it was necessary. They made a low hum when I stopped, nothing more. After a 2 hour job, I get my car back and the squealing was piercing! I called and they said at first it was the wrong break pads, but then i came in and they said it wasnt. I said well its still squealing could you take a look? After another 2 hour job I left and now instead my back tires squeal. They just switched my breaks around and DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM! Second I had them do an inspection where they said your car is in better shape than we thought. Well a week later check hybrid systems, stop car immediately in a safe place came up. Now there is a connection problem! I had no issues before they touched my car, its only 4 years old!

Called in to schedule an oil change. The I showed up and told me nothing was scheduled. Took it to a place down the road and was done in 5 min!

Very shady and unprofessional, it takes them 2hrs to put 2 tires on the rims while they have no vehicles in the bay and all of the mechanics are standing around talking to each other. They lied about their price match guarantee to try and get out of price matching another local price I had found. I had to open a case with Tires Plus corporate just to get them to refund the difference of the price match. While in a 3 way call with corporate and the tires plus store manager, the manager lied about misunderstanding me when I had asked about the price match and came up with a bogus story about what he thought I had asked him. On top of all that I now have new dings and scratches in my wheels from where they carelessly installed the tires and valve stems.

Very careful with my wheels when fixing a nail in the tire. Probably will use them for repairs and tire changes from now on.Update: Came back in for a ripped open tire that happened to my trailer when it was fully loaded up with 7k lbs of crushed concrete. They had me in and out so fast it felt like they knew the time crunch we were in even though I didnt ask for preferential treatment which was great since we were on the way to the customers house when the blowout happened.Customer service in this shop is off the charts.

Pretty embarrassing their mechanics dont know how to properly rotate tires on a FWD car. They also over torque your lug nuts. They will try to hustle you. Ill never go back.

I try to bring my familys vehicles here because they are fair, tell the truth and take good care of your vehicle and family. The last time I was here, I needed a new tire and they were not able to work with me on the price, but they helped me keep my kids calm and happy as we enjoyed watching the Turbo cartoon movie. It was a great experience and I recommend this specific location to my friends.

Went in because my tire was loosing about 10lbs of air per week for a few weeks now. On Monday I was seen and they told me they did “the water test” and that they couldn’t find anything wrong and charged me $11 for the labor.. than after a few days the same tire was loosing 1-2 lbs of air per day so I went in and tried to be seen again and they told me that it’s going to be a 3 hour wait, minimum of $20 to even look at the car and that they recommend I go to a different location or to a Firestone. After being very frustrated I decided to go to tire kingdom who had a wait as well but they were able to find the issue and actually fixed it! I will never be returning to another tires plus.. they gave me nothing but frustrations.

I went with a nail in my tire after another shop told me they were short handed and wouldnt be able to help me until the next day. The guys at tires plus had it fixed and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.

The guy Chris lies I’m never coming back here again. He told me I needed to do radiator fluid and when I went to check it with another they even showed me the fluid was almost to the top I didn’t needed it. They will try to get the money out of you. 0 starz

They did a good job but were so over priced that it was very disheartening. Felt like it was because we were women who they knew had money. They tried to convince us, after $1800, that there was another $1500 in work that was needed.. Not true at all. This was a brake job BTW.

Dropped off my car and they confirmed the services we wanted performed. I never signed anything or received an estimate.. My husband went to pick up the car and he was shocked at the overall price. They told him I was aware and signed an estimate. Liars. Rude customer service. Very much over priced . I stopped by to get my brakes fixed and although the customer service was very nice their prices were out of this world. They wanted to charge me 900+ to do my front brakes on my jeep. well after a trip to the auto parts store i spent a total of 125 on everything and installed in an hour. 800 for labor just seems insane to me. i will def not go back.

I’d give them zero stars if possible for the fact that their techs steal out of your car while they work on it. Went there yesterday for a simple oil change and today I realized they took change out of my car. It wasn’t much but it’s the principle of it. If they will take some change who knows what else they would take.

I have been taking my Lexus for oil changes and have been satisfied. $75 cheaper than going to the dealer. Very disappointed though, I was told that I need new shock and struts, very expensive for my type of car. Looked around the store and wouldnt you know it, there was special on struts and shocks this month only. I asked is that recommended because of mileage or does it need it? I was told that I have some chaffing on my tires but no real answer. I asked for a written estimate. Never got one and I was told when I was leaving that I would get a call with an estimate, still waiting...I went to Pep Boys and they told me that they are good and the tires are chaffing a little but I was safe to drive and I should wait to get new struts and shocks when I wear my tires out.

This place used to be reasonably priced, but now theyre SUPER expensive! Stay away from this place unless you enjoy overpaying for work. Time to find a new shop.

THESE GUYS ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY AND DESTROYED MY CAR. Brought in my Toyota on a diagnostic test special so I could see if it was worth fixing the ecu. I brought it in around 12pm. I told the guy I was here for the special they advertised. He said they would have some info for me in a few hours and would call me. 30 minutes before they close they call me and ask me if its ok with me that they keep it over night because they got too busy and would get it done tomorrow first thing. I said sure no problem. Tomorrow comes and they call me mid afternoon and tell me it would cost $1500 to repair my $1000 car. I laughed and said its not worth it to repair and Ill come pick it up and have it towed home. When I get there they hit me with a $400 bill. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE $69 SPECIAL!? They didnt tell me that by doing them a favor and letting them keep it overnight because they got too busy they would charge a overnight fee. Then the guy behind the counter tells me, Ill buy that car off you for $800 and you wont have to pay your bill. WORST PART IS THEY TOWED IT BACK WITH THE ENGINE TAKEN APART AND REDUSED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER!! BEWARE!!

After they did a so called full inspection to see what was wrong with my car days later my breaks were rubbing metal to metal so I had someone else do them and they spotted 2 nails in my tire that I informed them kept going flat and they said they fixed but obviously didnt. This place also said I has a rusty water hose which I was later informed that all those hoses were rubber. This place is clueless. I will never go back to this location.

Took them 3 hours to put on two new tires, no other cars were in the bay when I got here and the mechanics spent half the time not working and just talking to each other. When they finally finished my car one of the mechanics parked it over the parking curb.

This Tiress Plus has very professional workers that tell you everything up front with costs and all. The 4 star rating is because sometimes we havent received the complementary inspections offered with various services, particularly my Fathers tire pressure wasnt checked. They did check the tires when we came back the next day after the low tire pressure light came on, however they should have been checked during the oil change.

They took good care of us and we had no appointment. The price was not to bad.

Here for a complimentary oil change BY APPOINTMENT because the last one took way longer than should of .. ive been here 45 minutes and my car just went back for an oil change .. lets see how long it takes to perform the service ... Car was blowing warm air so went to Tires Plus to see what was wrong. Was told that my compressor was blown and needed replaced. They also said that the condenser needed replaced. They said since my car was newer it was hard to find a compressor at a good price but found one for $1500! With all the parts and labor my total came up to be almost $2,500!!!! I went to advanced Auto and purchased an AC Pro for $50 and now my AC is ice cold. Saved myself $2400!!! I had a 5.00 appointment and still spent 3 hours there, if they are running behind, lets call people I have a life. I guess because they are there you should be as well. I put 1500 miles on my car since new. I had rotaed my tires . I had a wobble so I jacked up the car spun the tire and noticed the rim was bent. I noticed paint missing of off the rim. The rim was damaged banged back in and put back on the car.

I had my brake pads and rotors done here two years ago. They still squeak to this day.I took it back 3 times to have them fix the squeak; each time they failed to fix anything. I wouldnt be surprised if they just wheeled the car into the garage and wheeled it back out again. I then had another local mechanic look at it, who was unable to determine what they may have done to cause this perpetual squeaking. Ive since resigned myself to just live with it until the car has been run into the ground, but Ive never forgotten where it came from.

Had my car there over a week and they didnt fix the problem. Will update if they do fix it.

1.5 hours just to patch a tire when they werent even busy. If they cant do something that easy in a reasonable amount of time I wouldnt trust them to do anything to my car again. Even if your wheels are falling off just drive another mile down the road and go somewhere else.

I called asking for oil change service and the waiting time, they said if I come right away I can get the service done quickly; I left my house and was at there in 15 minutes, only to discover that I have a waiting time of 3 hours.. If they lie to me before I even get in, I wont trust a word they would say about my car. Worst place Ive ever been to for car service.

Prices are better than other local shops, but they lie about times, and if you dont wait in their lobby it will take forever to get your car back............................................now in lobby.....................

What is the purpose of making an APPOINTMENT??? Appointment is at 8am and your car gets serviced at 10am...for oil change ONLY. No updates on what is going on. Employees are not very friendly either. First and last time there!

Did not get flat repaired. Only interrested in selling new tires. Gave excuses as to why they could not show original tire. Damaged spare tire carrier. Did not even offer to repair their damage. Be very careful with costly repairs and get a second opinion.
