I cant ask for anything better! Clyde was kind enough to rest the maintenance light so I didnt have to keep seeing it. This crew went above and beyond. PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUSI DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICE HERE!!I went there for an oil change on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. I drove it a few days and the car starting sounding weird. It sounded like it wanted to stall while in idle. We got an 8,000 mile oil change for about $90. The mileage was written on the sticker incorrectly and it said a different oil grade. Unfortunately, I didnt realize this until the car started to act funny. I brought the car back to make sure everything was okay and that it was the correct oil. They didnt even look under the hood or anything they just looked at the sticker and said it was good. They wouldnt do anything for me. Now my car wont stay running. Im not asking for anything, but be very cautious when coming here for anything.We also went there for an oil change on a 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavour. A few months later, I changed the oil myself and only 1 quart of oil was drained out. They didnt put enough oil in when they filled it...PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUSI DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICE HERE!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an oil change. They did the oil change but they did not put enough oil back in. The next time I had it changed, they told me it was very low on oil. It didnt even read on the dipstick. Which is very concerning since I dont have an oil leak. It is a far better option, for the life of your car, to go elsewhere. Just because they have fast service does not mean its worth it.

Instead of changing oil at this stop, get a new car because it will save you money..... Update, the company wanted me to provide addl, info, then apologized, then said I should appeal to the next up email address.. I did what they wanted... So, the up-the-chain email address people did the exact same thing.. say sorry, and gave me another email address. I sent them back a response to the sending saying to forward my problem. What does this company want, I wrote it out (original complaint), the (rewritten email complaint), then (rewritten email complaint) AND THEY WANT ME TO WRITE IT ALL AGAIN? I am not going to tell them what this type customer services is.... Its now 2-more-weeks, 7/6/21. I wrote once more, complete, personal, sensitive, but I never received a single response to any of the emails that I have sent. I feel really sorry for my ex. She had a certified mechanic drain the oil pan and she said metal-filings came out with the oil. The engine wont even turn over any more. I wish Take-5 would have at least evaluated the car, and give an opinion about the required oil, by the book, if this car was to use only Synthetic Oil, which is what I now understand is a manufacturers requirement. Shouldnt have Take-5 oil known this--it should be in the computer? Personally, I think they knew it, the employee ignored it, and they all went to heaven in a little row boat, clap, clap.

I usually go to this place to get an oil change. It took about an hour and a half to get it done. They drained my oil and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the filter so they had to get a filter. They were supposed top all my fluids but didn’t. It took 2 guys to try to get the service light to go off and I did it in front of them in 5 seconds. It was by far the worst experience I have had with them. They did however give me better filter than they normally give. Depending on who works there next time I go depends on if I get my oil changed from there again... very unprofessional considering it should have taken them maybe 20 minutes to do it.

After a quick phone call, I headed out for what I thought was going to be a drag and a handful, dealing with trying to tell people how I don’t want this and that and then being told “I need it or blank blank blank” and to my pleasant surprise, it was actually an experience that made me leave the little garage smiling. The team has an energy about them that is contagious and makes you feel like they value you, they have an amazing 25% off veterans discount that allowed me to buy their premium pack for a very affordable amount for me and they explained every little thing they were doing. I plan on recommending them to anyone who mentions needing an oil change and going back when ever I need something done. This crew is amazing.

Look at the nearest take 5 gps because I had to do the oil change The gps told me that it was open from 7:00 a.m., I arrived at 7:15 and it is almost 8:00 in the morning and no Its still open. I think Ive wasted my time. Its Saturday, maybe the sheets stuck. Its a shame, I would have liked to know this place because of the good reference it has but I was a bit disappointed to have to wait almost one hour

It was my first time going to a take 5 and I’m usually so skeptical about going to very corporate places bc i feel like small businesses are more trustworthy since they have more to lose but this exact location in new port riches was amazing!!!! Not fast 45 minutes for oil change. Lost cap to windshield fluid when they did find it was broken. Tried to say cap broke from heat and cap plastic. Would not do anything about it. They talk to customer like idiot.

Everyone was so nice and well trained. They did an awesome job. I have been to another take five. In Springhill they treated me awful. Here everyone was so nice they gave me a bottle of water and got my job done in a quick timely manner. I will definitely be back. Best quickest service I’ve ever had. You guys rock.

Honestly I have been here many times.This last time was like going to a play ground with a bunch of kids.Was not very professional at all.All the kids working there wanted to play and not work!Will not be back to that location.

I went to the spring hill location. Within 30mins my oil was changed, fluids topped off and my tires filled. There were 3 employees working together, very well to get the jobs completed. 10$ more than I usually pay but how quick, easy and convenient it was is totally worth it. This is my new favorite oil change spot and will be returning again and again. Also I think there should be an option to add a tip, on my card for the hardworking guys.

This was an amazing place to come and get my oil changed. The customer service provided by Justin and the Take 5 crew was phenomenal. Im used to changing my own oil or going to Jiffy Lube and this was an easier, no mess, no hassle oil change unlike any other. I will be returning.

Definitely recommend. I was getting my oil replaced at the Jeep dealership but when my free passes expired decided to give them a try. They made it a fun experience, didn’t have to get out of the car and got a free bottle of water. They filled all the fluids, put air in my tires and cleaned the windshield. Plus they have a vet discount. I will definitely be returning!

I was beyond impressed with the service provided at Take 5 with Ryan. He really went above and beyond my expectations. One of the employees offered me bottle of water which was very generous. I normally would get my oil changed at the Honda dealership but I decided to check out this place since it’s closer to my job. The prices are higher compared to other places, I’ll most likely bring my car again when they have specials. Since the service provided by the employees was great I’ll definitely go back again and give 5 stars!

Service was nice, sadly for the second time this year they seemed to be out of every kind of oil except the most expensive ones. Expect to spend over 60 bucks here.

I normally change the oil in my vehicle myself but I had a coupon and no free time. This place did such a good job that if I can get a decent coupon each time I need an oil change, Ill probably just take my car there. They did not harass me and try and force extras on me such as filter replacements and upgraded oil. It was mentioned but they respected my choices and did not push a sale when I opted to skip the extras. This is my new go to if I dont change the oil myself.

I called to set up a service visit and I asked them if they had the specific oil I need for my car. They said yes so I went there and after a 20 minutes wait they realized they did NOT have my oil . We git to the garage at 10 min before closing. Jeff and Ross took great care of us. I asked if they could still take us, Jeff said yes and had us pull in. Pulled up, it was hot day, brought ice cold water to the car. Very professional, speedy in getting car taken care of.Walked through different choices. Checked all fluids, added some. When getting ready to leave Jeff noticed some fingerprints left on hood, he took a towel wiped them off. Never been here before, but we will be back. Thanks for the excellent service. Had my wife take our vehicle in for an oil change, after calling a couple ofplaces this place said yes to all her questions I had her ask! We can stayin car, no waiting ( other than normal being polite to car ahead situations)and very detail service check list maintained on every incoming vehicle.The Techs, Zach and Nick handled every detail, right down to having oneof the staff drop everything to go to another store to get the correct airfilter replacement so my wife would not have to return, or go somewhereelse for item. When she arrived at home, she said it was a very good experience, and she felt she could refer this business location to anyonewho would require this maintenance on their car. I know I reviewedthe bill and it was exactly completed as they had advised on the phone before she drove down. Good Job !

They were really good and professional but when I went in to use their bathroom not knowing it wasn’t a public one they didn’t say anything but when my boyfriend went in there were very rude about it and said that he didn’t need to be sitting there in his car If he wasn’t getting service but he was helping me and my son out so that we had a cool place to sit instead of sitting in my car or in the heat but they were really cool and got us water When we first got there So y’all can decide how you feel but I like the service they did to my car and the extra things they offer as well but when it came to that situation in particular they were quite rude well there manager was 😒
