Very pushy. Management doesnt care about your concerns and only care if you buy what they are selling. They have a great product but they ruined the chance of me wanting to join in the future. It was simply not the right time but instead of trying to understand that they ruined a relationship and possible future interested member

The tour guide was very pleasant and he understood we werent interested in buying. However, I actually had the supervisor/manager ask me if my husband and I could afford a package!! I was totally appalled at her lack of professionalism but I maintained my composure and continued to hit her with the NO NO NO NO NO, while smiling. I wanted to believe that this was a rude way of conning people into signing up for silly timeshares.

Total rip off these people will take all of your money and prey on you. This company took advantage of my family gave them a loan they could not afford and did not properly explain the payments and financial obligation. This company obviously does not run themselves with integrity and respect for their customers. They are selling a bad product.

Agents were a little pushy. Al Binet seemed like he didnt know what he was doing and he straight up lied when I asked would the credit check be a soft or hard credit check. Definitely was a hard hit. So if you are concerned about credit score I would not allow them to run your credit. He told us because they offered the financing it would be an issue. We stayed way longer than intended. Dont get caught up in the hype and dont be pressured into something you dont want. Vacation ownership downpayments are ridiculous and unless you have already planned to make this purchase I would not do it on a whim. Paris was great. He made our 2.5 hours wasted vacation time worth it.

ABORT! Dont fill anything out. And YES THIS WILL BE A HARD INQUIRY ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT EVEN IF THEY SAY IT WONT.The woman who we were paired with was lovely. However, she lied to us and so did two other people who worked at this presentation session. We told them we are saving for a house and our credit is not great. But yet they still insisted on seeing if their product would work for us. No it didnt, and they lied to our faces when asked if this would show up on our credit reports. My credit went down and so did my husbands.

Wyndam is a nice place to stay. Always friendly

We did the tour and vacation presentation for the Wyndham Vacations and recieved two vouchers for and airboat cruise. We went to do the airboat tour and my wife and I and another couple were left behind by the bus driver named Tanya. We got off the boat and used the restroom as instructed and we came out to find our bus left us stranded at airboat adventures. No attempt was made by the driver to let anyone know the bus was leaving. Very we will now miss a show and dinner that we had planned and already paid for. I would not recommend this company at all. And the sad part is they are associated with WYNDHAM RESORTS.

Unprofessionally operated. These folks over promise and under deliver. Our experience left us feeling completly taken advantage of. I would like them a Negative 5 rating.Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Horrible experience our staff member scheduled a visit to learn more about what Wyndham has to offer however once she arrived because she was engaged they refuse to share the detailso with her the staff was very inconsiderate of her time it was raining and she had to pay her way to and from the presentation location at the Avenue Plaza Resort even after explaining her and her partner dont live together she was brushed aways very disappointing and unprofessional discrimination at its finest if this is the image Wyndham is displaying we are happy to take our business some where else!!

Trap for time share sharks. Sandpaper bath towels. Mediocre service at best
