My experience at Symmetry was so much fun.I was helped by Richard who is extremely knowledgeable. I was looking for a ring and wanted something unique. Boy did I come to the right place. They have so much to choose from with a wide range of prices. I purchased a Silver and Gold Blue Sapphire Ring which I love. I had a Diamond Cluster Ring from my Mom’s Estate that I didn’t like so Richard and I came up with a design using a bracelet I had that was too small.They cut the bracelet in half and put the Diamond Cluster to hold the halves together.BEAUTIFUL!!!. It got me so excited I got a few more pieces of old jewelry and brought them in.He really worked with me and once again I couldn’t be more delighted. It’s like I got several pieces of Jewelry on a shoe string budget.This is a High End Jewelry store that makes you feel really comfortable while shoppingBTW: He’s cute too.Wish I had more Jewelry.

I was on a limited budget—too limited for what I wanted!—but the gentleman at Symmetry found a simple solution for me, even after it became clear I couldnt afford the original request. He gave me a plastic ring adjuster and didnt charge me for it. Ill definitely be back to clean my better jewelry! Beautiful store, kind people.

Wonderful jewelry shop! I had walked in one day to ask about getting a pair of earrings repaired, and an old ring crafted into something new. The man working was very helpful and said to stop by anytime with my pieces. I brought them back, and Anna helped me to design a pair of earrings out of an old family ring as well as fixing my broken pair. The craftsmanship is perfect and pricing very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone whether you need a repair or a help designing something special.

Love this store! My friend was picking up the wedding ring she had brought in for repair and Ibtqgged along to have them repair a pair of earrings purchased from them around 10 years ago. Her ring looks fabulous! They were super fast AND polished the other jewelry I was wearing for free, even though it was bought from a different store! Also picked up a beautiful new sparkly creation for an amazing price. And had some free champagne to boot! Can’t go wrong with Symmetry.

Bent my wedding ring. I thought it was pretty bad. Asked my wife if she knew anywhere I could bring it in. She got a recommendation for this place for some jewelry she wants to get repaired, some antique family jewelry.I dont think I was in the store 5 minutes. Incredibly polite and friendly, smartly dressed guy popped the ring on a shaping rod, grabbed a mallet, said dont worry, and made my ring a perfect circle. Before I could even reach for my wallet he said, no charge.Very friendly, very professional jeweler.

I went in intending to simply accompany a friend who had some business with them, but as they were doing that business I started to look at their vintage watch line. I kept going back to look at one watch in particular. They were very patient with me as I went back and forth until finally deciding on that 1947 Certina watch that I positively love! I made an appointment to get my watch resized, it was super easy and super quick. My watch fits perfectly and looks great! Staff is friendly and helpful and I had a few minutes to look around the store—they have some gorgeous pieces.

I had the best experience with Symmetry - I walked in with no appointment and Anna immediately assisted me with my jewelry. I got a gold necklace fixed and they also resized, reshaped and polished my engagement ring. They said it would be done by the weekend, but they called me less than 2 hours later and both were ready to be picked up! It was an awesome experience and I will definitely be going back for all my jewelry needs.

I recently had my engagement ring repaired and I am beyond pleased with the result. I had lost one of the smaller diamonds and bent the ring itself and wasnt sure if it could ever look the way it did originally. After consulting with Anna, and considering her suggestions, I went with a new setting and a replacement diamond which matched the missing one perfectly. My ring never looked this beautiful. I have worked with Anna in the past on custom jewelry and off the rack pieces, and my experiences have always been great. This time was no exception. She helped to design and create a custom ring for a 25th anniversary gift, and the ring did not disappoint. It needed to be built and then shipped across state lines and it arrived in perfect condition. Annas service was excellent throughout the process. She took care of every detail, including the gift wrapping. Very pleased with how everything turned out, and the ring was a hit. I will continue to call Anna in the future for my jewelry needs.

I love this place. Anna and Richard and their entire staff have always guided me to great selections of jewelry for my wife, who is very particular and very discerning with her taste in jewelry. This recent selection made her birthday extra special. My daughter has also been satisfied with the work they did in handcrafting a unique necklace out of one of her grandmothers heirlooms, and she wears it proudly all the time. Their staff is all very helpful. I used Symmetry to have my wedding ring made to fit with my engagement ring. It was an easy process, with lots of check-ins (including a 3D print) to make sure the end result was exactly what I wanted (and it is!). Have also used them for minor repair work on other items, and they are very meticulous and incredibly helpful.

Years ago Symmetry created our engagement ring, four our25th - a little upgrade, and a multitude of little things in between those events. The recent custom piece is a great addition.Mall jewelers and chain stores can’t provide this kind of service.
