Staff broke my personal necklace after sales representative, Brittany got a potential pendant stuck on my chain then had another representative help by breaking my chain to free the pendant. Manager and staff all very unconcerned and not very unhelpful. Avoid this store at all cost!!

Supered location, for a non local like me.Bought a watch there, and next door I did my tax refund. The watch and jewellery selection there are limited, but all are fine pieces, definitely worth to go and take a look.My friend went back the next day and buy a second piece. Good year end discount going down there now. Look for the staff Ben, great friendly service from him. Will visit again when Im back in New Orleans.

The ladies were patient addressing all of my concerns prior to me making a large purchase-preowned Rolex. The accompanying inspection report and 12 month warranty cinched the deal. They beat the price of a different jeweler on Canal without me divulging what it was. There is also a $100 credit for every $300 spent. Nice!
