The guys came out after hours and did a great job in a timely fashion! My house looked great & no more puppy smells! I can breathe again! Lol

William and the guys fixed my broken kitchen slate the grout match is the perfect color I cant tell the difference they are amazingThey refinished my marble bambooThe cleaned my carpets.I truly recommend them for any historic home before you have a tour.

This company A Beautiful Estate and William Merrill does not appear to be a legit, registered company; I looked up his business license with Louisiana Secretary of state and no such business operates under his name using this company name (Update: He registered his business of 5/5/16, approximately 2 months after starting the job). I then searched for his name for any associated business license and a METAIRIE CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATOIN, INC. appeared with an inactive license due to action by the secretary of the state.He did an awful job on our home, including:Disappearing for days at a time when we were supposed to meet or talk, had unskilled workers destroy a ton of tile and put it down incorrectly,didnt properly finish our wood floors so they are not sealed,it took much longer then we discussed and its still only maybe half done not to mention the undoing and reworking of tile.Dont let this happen to you, choose someone else for sure.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HE FOOLS YOU INTO THINKING HE IS AN EXPERT AND IS ACTUALLY VERY FRIENDLY. HE REMOVED SHEETROCK AND MY CARPET AND CLAIMS TO HAVE FIXED THE LEAKING PROBLEM WHEN IT RAINS. NOT ONLY DID HE NOT FIX THE ISSUE, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE!! HIS PHONE IS DISCONNECTED AND EVERYTHING, AND NOW I HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH THE JOB! DO NOT USE!!

They did a wonderful job and will definetly be using them again!

They must have gone out of business. I called the phone number, and someone who did not speak English tried to tell me something and then hung up the phone. [shrugs shoulders]
