They did a fantastic job of cleaning my Turkish rug after a year in storage and after 5 years of 2 cats puking on it. It looks like new!

Frank is literally a miracle worker.We have a very light gray and expensive wool rug which had black furniture stain imbedded in the fibers along one side, where a bookcase sat upon it.We discovered it when we moved. I tried to clean it with my own carpet cleaner, and it just made the stain spread. Then, a friend power washed the rug. Huge mistake! Not only did it not remove the stain, the slow drying time allowed mold and mildew to develop and stain it throughout. I thought the rug was a goner. Because of a strong recommendation, I tried one more thing… Frank at Enrique‘s Premium Rug Cleaning of New Orleans. Words cannot describe my reaction when I saw the rug they returned. I looked at it and simply said,“That is a true miracle”.Frank at Enrique’s literally saved my beautiful rug.They will be back soon for another challenge regarding adhesive residue from traffic tape my marble floor installer left me.Report to follow.

Once again I have to hand it to Frank and his team at Enriques. The only word to accurately sum up the quality of work is: WOW! Once again, my rugs were saved. During Isaac, my apartment had a tremendous amount of water intrusion, which entered via the ceiling. Luckily for Allstate, that somehow gave them reason to deny my claim. But that is another story, that Im sure was replicated throughout the city on numerous occasions. Getting back to the rugs, during the storm, I had quite a few dogs over, as friends stopped by with their pets. The amount of dog traffic was directly related to the amount of soil in the rugs. The water from the ceiling, which was a light brown in color, only added to the gumbo that needed to be cleaned/removed. One of the rugs was so damaged from all of the water and what not, that I thought it needed to be discarded. Not only was the rug completely cleaned and odor free, but Frank was also able to stop much of the color bleeding caused by the water intrusion. To describe plainly and simply: prepare to have your expectations exceeded.... And thanks again for saving and helping to preserve these family heirlooms, especially especially my Grandmothers favorite, which was incredibly delicate to begin with. Job well done!

The owner, Frank, is a great guy. Best customer service. He has a lot of pride in his familys company and it definitely shows. He will go above and beyond to make sure youre happy. I will be doing business with again.Update. Had to take a star off. I would not recommend the rug repair service. Was told before I agreed to the repair that the rug would look like new. In reality, I got the rug back and im missing about half an inch on the corner due to what I would describe as a less than perfect wrap on the corner. Very disappointing.
