Horrendous haircut. I sat and asked for a high and tight. The guy didnt even flinch, acting as if he knew what I was talking about. He commenced to shave all my hair off my entire head without even flinching. I looked like a Redneck after getting out of there. I almost cried I was so angry. The worst part of all was this clown posing as a barber charged me $25 to totally screw up my head before my job interview. This is absolutely the WORST haircut I have received in 30 years and I got charged for his screw-up!!! Warning: those who wrote reviews were family who only wanted to promote this business.

This review is for the eyelash extension technician operating in the back of the barbershop. sorry guys. but, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. let me start by saying, I really dont want to write this review but Brittanis total lack of professionalism has really left me no choice. She did a full set of lashes for me on April 30th. They looked great when I sat up and saw them. But, by the time I had walked to my car, five lashes had already fallen off. I SHOULD have turned around right then and there, and gone back in and asked what was up with that. But I didnt, because I thought maybe they were just extra lashes she hadnt glued on. I was wrong. 2 days later, I literally had FIVE lashes left on my eyes. I contacted her thinking it was just some fluke, as Ive been having lashes done for 3 years now and never had them fall off that rapidly. She contacted me back and said that the adhesive had gone bad, and that she would re-do the lashes for me. I was leaving New Orleans, however, and couldnt wait for a week until she had availability. I told her I really wanted to have them redone rather than try to get my money back and she agreed. So, she accommodated and said she could get the adhesive by Sunday morning and that we could do it at 10 am. I told her, I was scheduled to leave Saturday night but if she was sure she could get it done I would change my travel plans and leave on Sunday afternoon instead. Thats how bad I wanted to make this right. Well, I texted and called that weekend to confirm that we were still on-- no answer. I thought maybe it was an oversight, so I drove 20 mins to our appointment, that we agreed upon over text, for 10 am Sunday. Well, I waited 30 minutes and she never showed up. Couldnt say I was surprised. Further, she had told me that if I were to get my money back (which she agreed I should) that I would have to do it via groupon. Conveniently, when I called groupon they said the merchants policy (Brittani) is that there are no returns after the voucher had been redeemed. Despite her saying IN WRITING that I should get my money back, they said that it clearly states it cant be done. What a scam. Ive reached out to her multiple times since, and she hasnt responded. Having read another recent review, Im wondering if she legitimately is running a scam, using bunk adhesive knowing that no ones lashes will stay, and that they cant get their money or time back. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration. Ive never dealt with such an unprofessional business in my life.

The haircut I received was tear-jerking. First the price has went up from $5 to $10 from Dec 22, 2017 my last visit which I was pleased with my cut tremendously hence both the price and the quality is why I returned. But on April 25, 2018 I ask for a barber in training that was acquainted with female haircuts. The greeter took my explanation to the students Of my requested style of a trim with the look of even of the side leaving the top length full but sculpted. A warm and welcoming young man came to usher me in, lo and behold the instructor( MS. TEE) took over and butcher my hair she didnt understand at all and began cutting the sides first which the top sides should been taken down first to blend in with top. I was trying to keep calm, but all to well knowing that is not all right but yet and still she instructing student. I left out try to convince myself if wasnt that bad but I cant so I call back to speak to her. She was very defensive stated all they could do it cut more to even it and she also said its not butcher as to defend her screw up. The student name rythming with Chervon most likely would have done a better job. He was very empathetic to my dismay. She took over and butcher my hair. I had to cover my head before leaving cause my haircut didnt even look as it was freshly done at all. I wouldnt have wrote this review if a student would have done the exact same thing because after all their in training. But the Trainer/instructor(Ms.Tee) did it. IT IS BLOCHED UP now I have to make due. I started with 12 on top now my hair is at a dragstic 4.5 and have gobs on the side throw out. Im mortified.
