We were turned away because our baby wasnt wearing a mask. Im a physician and fully support the use of masks to prevent spread of covid. But masks on babies? Never ran into that until today when we were denied entry and informed that SuperCuts company policy is that even babies must wear masks.

First time here, was told that they didn’t do haircuts the way I wanted. How can you be a barber or cut hair? And not cut hair a certain way. Second time here, I get here at 5:38pm. The website says that the business closed at 6pm. I get in there and the lady says she is closed. It is 5:38pm I repeat. You’re supposed to close at 6pm.

Staff was friendly and my cut was great. But, above all, this establishment and your employees were following the COVID-19 rules. Taking your temp, having you wash your hands, wearing masks for entry, etc. Im a nurse and this is VERY important for me and our citizens. I will only take my business where the current New Orleans rules are being followed! Bravo!

Favorite place in the world wouldn’t go nowhere else

Just a heads up to anyone that has a Service Dog. They are not allowed and the staff dont understand the ADA governings. So if you have a SD and need to get a haircut Id go somewhere else.

My regular stylist no longer works at Supercuts, so I was apprehensive. I scheduled a haircut with Ms. Yolanda. She cut my hair as requested and was very efficient. Ive found a new stylist😉

Showed up at the location at the exact time my haircut was scheduled for and then they take someone else...whats the point of setting a timed appointment if your not even going to take the person who its scheduled for. You have an online appointment scheduling for as reason.

In & out, just like that! Love my girl Yolanda who doesnt miss a beat! Pleasant but serious about the efficiency of the job. All that & a fashion cut under $20 AND shes consistent. Its a Winner!

Just ok. Cut was uneven but didnt want to go shorter to fix it. Person next to me didnt like their cut and the hair dresser was losing patience with them. Customer service could be better. Price is always excellent.

Put my name in the computer and selected next available. When the worker looked through the list and called out a gentlemen that was 3rd in line I said, “both that lady and myself were here before that gentleman.” She had him sit down and said she’d be with me in 2 minutes. NO! What’s the point of having people sign in if you aren’t going to follow the list...? I turned and left the store.When given the opportunity to make the mistake right, she did not. Would love to give 0 stars or negative stars.

I was in New Orleans for a friends wedding and both the groom and I were feeling a little shaggy. Trying to find an affordable place to get a haircut when youre staying in the French Quarter is a little challenging, but we found a place which was conveniently along the trolley line.While I only wanted a trim, he was more interested in a more involved style. In both cases, the stylists were able to take care of us relatively quickly and did a wonderful job.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! You can look to see that I have left exactly one other GoogleReview but I could not refrain from doing one for this business. Not only were the stylists at this location extremely rude from the time I walked in but they we’re also horribly incompetent. I’ve been growing my hair out for well over a year and repeatedly asked the stylist to please shape it and take only the tips off the top (< 1/4 inch). She then proceeded to ignore me, taking well over an inch and it was apparentent half way through that she was either stoned or had no idea what she was doing. This was after of course an awkward silence where the stylist neglected to even introduce herself. Please do not misunderstand or think that I’m writing from the experience of someone who uses high end salons. I’ve only ever used commercial salons (Great Clips, etc.), but this was hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST experience that I’ve ever had in the 100+ times I’ve had my haircut during my life. If you don’t care how your hair looks, go to this location or I guess cut it at home. But if you care at all about how your hair looks, then please choose one of the many other Supercut locations the city has to offer.

I love the way Shantay cuts my hair she listens well each time I go in and I described to her what type of cut I am wanting she always deliver and goes over and Beyond what I as a customer am asking for very professional and manages time well.

Used to come often when one really good stylist worked there. I’ve been there after a while and I’m really disappointed. I don’t expect for the money it is to be $1,000,000 look but at least to see an effort. I don’t mind to give $20-30 tip on top of rate if I’m satisfied. Yolanda was cutting my hair and all I asked was to be a little shorter and she started rolling here eyes. Such an unprofessional behavior. Final result wasn’t satisfying. I’m sure I would better cut my hair than she did.

Awesome job. Great location, very clean. Aso with most bbarbershop it comes down to being able to communicate the haircut you want with the barber. Since this was my first cut with them. The barber took her time and communicated perfectly with me about each stage of the cut. Got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend it.

It is the fast food of haircuts. They have a numbers game and try to get people in and out of the seat as fast as possible. It is not the best haircut you will get but it is fast.

I came in about 30 minutes before they closed... They were not happy about it. (my hair takes about 10 minutes or less to cut)My hair looks like they essentially put a bowl on my head and cut it... It was bad and there was no easy way to fix it... A week later it finally looked okay.I will never go here again.Giving them one extra star because I did come in 30 minutes before close... And got kind of what I expected when that happens.

I was already tired from working over night at my job when I went for my hair cut today. I got a little aggravated when I went to sign in to the computer and it rejected my information. The woman who was eventually going to cut my hair came to help me log in. She said all I needed was my first name......then why does it ask for more than that?I calmed down as I was getting my hair cut, but when I asked if the supercuts location was ever under a different name, 4th dimension, I ended up being ostracized and made to feel like the butt of a joke.Last time I checked, i thought your establishment existed to help people out through hair cuts and other hair related business. I didnt appreciate any of my time there. Again, I thought this was a place of business and not a ghetto school yard. I guess customer service isnt important to everyone.
