I was out of town looking for a quick haircut to get not looking for anything but just a cut, but let me tell you when I came to ODH it was an experience that will last a lifetime. The owner Mr Scoop was extremely professional and very personable to the point I felt at home. The staff is definitely family and I’m telling you if you are confused about where to get your cut from look no further because ODH is the place to be when your looking to get fresh for what ever event or just to get a cut ODH is the place and it’s very very clean here so do yourself a favor and go see Mr. Scoop and staff and get right. I have found my place so every time I’m in town I will definitely go see my new family at ODH.

Totally different experience. Ive been looking for a local barber for a while now. The young man Irving cut my hair was very professional and courteous. One for once I didnt get my lining pushed back. Thank you Irving for a wonderful job well done. See you next week!

Visiting from out of town and needed a clean up. They allowed walk-ins so I came here after looking at other reviews. Friendly vibe here, the barber who cut my hair, Bo, told me about good places to visit while on my trip. It was much appreciated! The cut Bo gave me was dope! My girl told me she really liked my shape up. All in all, if you come here you wont be disappointed. The service I received was great and the people here make you feel like family. I highly recommend this barbershop.

Okay. So I moved to New Orleans a little over a year ago and didnt know where to get my hair cut. I decided to choose ODH. It was the best decision i have ever made. Just a few weeks ago, I moved to Metairie and tried to find a new, trusted person to cut my hair. I went to the Regis in Lakeside mall and it was the worst possible haircutting experience of my life. The woman there absolutley destroyed my hair and I was nearly in tears when she finished my hair after I asked for a simple fade. (Now i see how bad of an idea that was and i should have thought it through.) Anyway i IMMEDIATELY left the mall, called a Lyft, and made my way to ODH. They very quickly sat me down, made me feel welcome, and fixed my hair so much that i felt like a gentleman when i walked out. I will never trust another barber except for the boys at ODH as long as I live in New Orleans. Make sure you make an appointment at ODH...
