The people are very nice the driver was very friendly!! We had some very serious payment issues I have still not got resolved I’m having to get lawyers and insurance and credit investigation involved. I’m hoping they can make it right. They seem like good people. It’s been over a week and over 1400 dollars. I will say they have been very nice but have yet to resolve my problem

They did $1000 worth of damage to my vehicle in a tow, and they will not call me back and they will not return the call of my insurance company. Run the other way.

The Dispatcher was very callous. I was told I could call and find out the ETA. When I did the dispatcher indicated it would be an additional 45mins. I asked why, he then disconnected the call. I was located in a very high risk location. I was cold and hoping the service would be more considerate of my crisis. The tow driver was respectful and professional. This process started at 5:45 and ended after 8:00 PM☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️😔

Very professional, they called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up at time promised. Young man asked where we wanted the container put and dropped it off just where we wanted it. I was in a car accident during the Hurricane Delta, Tow truck services were very busy. This company was the only company available with a 3 hour wait. But, he came in 2 hours & the company made sure we were in a safe place to wait. They also notified me when they were on the way and was helpful in coming with a flat bed truck because of the damage to my front tire. Mr. George was professional and made sure to adhere to the cities law of parking my car by my home. I recommend this company for your needs.

The on time thing wasnt a big deal because I requested a certain driver to tow our vehicle. Driver was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got us to our destination safely and dropped vehicle where we asked. I would use this service again.

My driver Brent was very friendly and was a super safe driver. He explained everything that was wrong with the car and gave more information about what would happen after the tow was completed. We had nice conversation on the way to where my car was being towed. The time I ordered the tow from when they actually arrived was about 2 hours (it was supposed to be 75 min). However it made sense they would be late given the bad weather and traffic on the road at 4 pm. When I called the tow truck company they informed me of why the driver was running later than the anticipated time and gave a good estimate of when they would arrive. All in all, I had a good experience.

I got my vehicle towed from the Twinspan Bridge after a blowout all the way to Kenner, and the entire experience was amazing. The price was unbeatable, the person who took my call and the tow driver were extremely nice and friendly, and while I was warned it would be a 60-90 min wait, he actually got there in about 15mins.These guys are forever on my list when it comes to towing, a guarantee if youre in the area and maybe a consideration even if you arent lol.

I was told by my insurance co that they would cover 20 miles. The extra 5 miles would be $20.The tow phoned me to verify form of payment. At that time I was told $25 was due, although I was already told $20. I paid the $25.I was informed the that the driver was in route and would pick the vehicle up at 12:39 pm.At 3:00 pm I was still waiting. When I called R&S, I was told they rerouted my driver and they’re locate another one in the area.After hours of sitting in the auto shop I had to leave my vehicle to be received by strangers.I would not recommend R&S or will I ever use them again!!!!A Jones

I forgot to get his name but he was not only professional but he stayed with me until my ride came, which he didnt have to do. His demeanor was pleasant and helpful. Him staying with me helped ease a bit of the anxiety I felt because my car broke down.

I paid on the phone after calling. After I paid they told me it would be 90 minutes so I asked if I could leave my keys and go home (where the car was being brought) they told me no. So I asked if I could ride back with the driver so my ride didnt have to wait. They said no, they arent letting anybody ride right now. After 90 minutes i had to call and they said another hour. At this point i asked again if i could leave the car, they said no. I asked if i could have a refund so I could call another company that would be quicker. At this point, they said oh, you already paid? Yeah I guess you can leave, but youll have to meet the driver at the drop off I said okay. They told me they would call when the driver was on the way. They never called. I called, and called, finally the driver had my car... AFTER 6.5 HOURS!!! I had to wait up until 3AM to meet the driver!! And not once did they call me, I called them every hour. Very disappointed.

They came on time, about 30 minutes after alerting GEICO. Had a professional truck that was able to move my f150.

The tow driver arrived unmasked and did not know how to use jumper cables. He was totally defensive, rude, and unprofessional. I had to ask him to leave and called the Mercedes dealership and service manager to report the incident, arrange different transport of my vehicle to the dealership, and also to let them know about the lack of professionalism I experienced. Particularly in these bizarre times, it was disappointing that someone still felt the need to be so rude and ignore help and guidance from a potential customer who is very car savvy and merely trying to help. Thoughts and prayers for him. But please MAKE YOUR DRIVERS WEAR A MASK!

Just used R&S (GEICO recommended) this afternoon and could not recommend them more. Arrived quickly and incredibly friendly service.

Geico called them out to tow my sons car after he got in an accident in our neighborhood. Waited for an hour only to have the driver refuse to tow my sons car because the there was no police report. He then proceeded to leave. We then called the cops. When they showed up they said there doesnt have to be a police report for them to tow. Called geico back and and they sent out green acres towing instead who showed up in 20 minutes and had 0 problems with there not being a police report.

We could have use the car to get Grocery for our home. We havent had a vehicle in 5 days. Amd now have to wait until tomorrow for a key to me made. This is Ridiculous. Never had to go through problems ever our whole life and we been with giego for 4 to 5 years. I feel like they are not doing there job right. But they are quick to collect and charge late fee. But when it comes down to this Situation then they take forever.
