Used them to tow an out of state power truck out of the mud last night there for Ida. Quoted a price on the phone, and after they pulled the truck they raised the quoted price to the operator. Great way to treat them when they are there to help. Gouge them.

Had my truck stolen 2 week ago out of the front of my apartment. Police was able to find it, but it had no wheels. So they had it towed by this company when they found it. So I called this place after I got the form 5 more days after it was towed to see if my truck is still there. A woman pick up and said quote “if the insurance didn’t pick it up and someone else didn’t pick it up then its probably still here.” End quote. Like thanks that was super helpful! Then I ask is it going to cost anything for it being there (I don’t know why it’s should, I didn’t ask for my truck to be stolen or towed there.) but anyways she tells me $224 for the first day then 24 a day. I can understand the $24 a day but not the 224!! Then before I could finish what I was saying she hung up in my face! I recommend no one ever use this service like ever. Never ever!I know a way better guy than what ever you call this place. Just read the other reviews, they had problems with this company as well.

Had our 18 wheeler towed by this company. I do know they need better employees than Albert tow driver. He’s not professional and is very rude. Damaged back light on 18 wheeler and did not wanna hear of his mistake! All he wanted was his pay and leave. Got mad when my husband tried to inform him of damage and tried to drive OFF with our 18 wheeler still Hooked up to wrecker! I had to flag him down in parking lot to stop him. I COUNTED out amount charged for services and he informed me, HE had to count money. It was total amount he charged. Will not use this service again!!!

They park their giants trucks on our residential street. Ill never use them/bad neighbors. Make houses shake.

TERRIBLE!!!! They lost one of our vehicles by placing it in someone else property. Lack of communication and customer service is hideous.

Stole half the stuff out my car before my insurance company came retrieve it

I just spoke with someone on the phone. I didn’t know some information about their company her response with a hard slap with paper(yes we can hear background noises!) “My company don’t do that! And I don’t know who do, I just know we don’t!” Just rude!

This was the worst job I ever had in my life. They don’t pay overtime but they want you to work 7 days a week then they change the prices that they pay you versus the price they charge the customer. I ended up quitting after I got a bunch of experience. They will hire anybody though so if you’re on parole go for it.

Horrible service. Call anyone but this company if you need a tow. The lady working at the time hung up in my face 3 times when I requested to have my money back after the cops got to the scene of my breakdown and told me my car was drivable an that I did not need a tow. She hung up in my face an asked me to stop calling back to see if I would get my money back. Horrible service.

There was a car leaking gasoline in front of my house. The car owner called Coleman Wrecker to retrieve this car. The driver towed the car, but he kicked the gas covered rags to the curb in front of my house rather than treating the spill he was paid to clean up. This is shear laziness. The New Orleans Fire Department had to be called to clean up the spill. This company profits while our tax dollars go to doing their job for them.

Worst towing company I ever heard of. Lack of work. Asked them did they have my car and they said no until they finally decided to get off there fat a## to see that they do have my car. Wouldnt recommend there service even if it was free.
