I needed to get my F-150 to a service center before it closed and AAA could not give me an estimated time of arrival. So I called Baby Kaitlyn Towing and Walter told me that as soon as he finished the tow that he was working on he would be right over. Only 30 minutes later he was here with his nice slide truck (which I prefer) and loaded up my truck. I gave him the key and a note for the service center and he was on his way! Baby Kaitlyns Towing will be my 1st call for towing from now on!!!

One of the best experiences with a tow company by far. Called AAA and various tow companies...none were available. Called up Walter who headed over as soon as he was available. Polite, courteous, and super helpful. Without a doubt I would call him again if needed.

I called my insurance for AAA assistance at about 3:40. Didn’t receive help until about 6:30. At about 6:45 time my Wife pulls up and suggests calling for a tow truck. I googled a tow trucks near me and chose Baby Kaitlyn towing service. I spoke to a knowledgeable representative who asked questions and was able to offer help. In about five minutes a truck showed up and my car was transferred to my house. What really wowed me about this company and the experience of choosing Baby Kaitlyn was the fact that the service went beyond my expectations. He told me open the hood and looked, asked questions and advised the best course of action needed to be taken. I’m lucky, I picked them and I advice anyone that needs a towing service choose from Baby Kaitlyn.

The owner Walter arrived on time when he said he would. He was courteous and a nice guy. He brought me where I needed to go and was good company. The price was fair. I would recommend this towing service.

I was very pleased with how quick the owner responded to my call. I was very stressed and he made my double flat tire situation less stressful by towing me to a 24 hour tire shop.

Walter was very quick to get to my car, very friendly and once I told him my problem, that I needed it towed to an auto shop because I couldn’t get a stripped lug nut off, he got it off for me, changed my tire and gave me some great advice. I always call Walter when I need to be towed. I pay for full coverage insurance on my truck but in the very recent past when I tried 2 other times to use whom ever they send me to I wasn’t happy. Because they took about 4hrs to get to me. But not Walter. He’s always on point and there when he says he’s gonna be there. The man that answers is extremely rude. I called his company and he told me I was to far away for him to help me, then started yelling at me for calling from so far out of his service area, WTH!!!

Driver quoted me 1 price on the phone then after he loaded it he changed the price on me. Then he would let me pay with my debit card, drove me to ATM machine and made me pay him in cash. DO NOT USE!!!
