My A/C became clogged and started leaking through the ceiling on a Saturday morning when we were under a heat advisory warning. I connected with a local representative when I called the emergency number and the technician (Cody) came out that evening despite being very busy with emergency repairs during an August heatwave. I appreciated that he called me a couple of times throughout the day to keep me posted on his timing. When he arrived, he promptly solved the problem and communicated about everything that was going on very clearly. I was impressed by Codys professionalism and I would definitely use Natals again.

We had Rodney and Cody on site today to deal with an emergency leak. Both were incredibly kind, prompt and efficient. They were able to diagnose and solve our issue quickly, and also gave us useful recommendations for improving our overall systems based on a thorough inspection. Thank you both so much for your fantastic work!

Excellent service, quality product and outstanding results. Michael and Patrick were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The installation was not disruptive at all and the removal of the old system went pretty smoothly. The final day was very long since they were working to finish the installation early, and they returned a few days later to finalize a few things. We are extremely happy with the installation and with the quality of the system overall - it is quiet, efficient and for the first time in the 13 years we have lived in this house the temperature and humidity are consistent in every room and throughout the house. Five stars to Michael, Patrick, Daikin, and Natals.

Let me start off this negative review by saying that I used these guys last year too and the techs do great work... if you can get them to your house. The problem you will have is dealing with the office. I normally try to chalk up bad service to a fluke, but Ive had the same problem both times Ive dealt with these guys a year apart. That tells me that my first bad experience was not just an accident.This time I called the office for a leak (my ceiling is wet). I had to call 3 times to actually talk to someone. They dont have voicemail set up, so you cant leave a message. The lady said they couldnt get someone out until Monday (I talked to them on Thursday) and I asked if someone could tell me what to do to prevent more damage in the meantime. She said she would have someone call me back, but now its Sunday and I havent heard from anyone.Last year was a similar story. Took multiple tries to actually get someone on the phone. Then after I had an appointment scheduled, they called me about 3 hours after they were scheduled to be here, telling me that the tech was out sick. They said they would call back in a few days to reschedule. After a week I had to call them back because no-one ever called me. When they finally got here the techs did a great job, but it took about 3 weeks after my initial call.

Do not use this company for an emergency service if its the weekend at night. At 10:30pm our AC line apparently cracked. We had water running down our wall, from the attic, and spreading on our floors. I reached out to Natals because their website states they are 24/7 emergency service. I acknowledge that being late at night is hard, but I was willing to pay for that as we were in danger of having our floors and walls damaged. Once the service technician called me back. He asked me what was wrong. Once I told him, he stated it was something we could probably take care of ourselves. He said he wasnt coming out at 11pm at night. He stated that he knew that the website said 24/7, but that wasnt really the case. He then proceeded to tell me it would take him too long to get to my house and then do the repairs. Finally, he told me that maybe it I was a corporate account someone would be dispatched. I ended the call by telling him to have a nice night, but this was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Thankfully, I was able to find another company that honored their 24/7 emergency service (even though the technician at Natals stated that no one would come out at this time of night). So of you have a true emergency at a time thats inconvenient, I would beware of calling this company.

Quick and excellent service as always. Our AC broke late afternoon during a heat spell, and they were there after hours to quickly fix. Cody was wonderful, it is a credit to the company to have an employee like that, but everyone at Natals has been great (looking at you, Rodney...) Thanks again.

I called because my air condition stopped working. Today was Is August the 8th and he came out in a timely manner and and solved the problem. My capacitor had went out on my home unit outside. He diagnosed the problem right away he went to his truck and got what he needed he came back and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. These guys do more than air conditioning, and you can file this review under plumbing. A water pipe sprang a leak in my carpentry shop on a Sunday, and Natals showed up the next morning and replaced the main water line before lunch. They worked fast, the guys were professional, their fee was reasonable -- this counts as a top-notch experience. Natals was well recommended by another local business and I can see why. I would not hesitate to call them again. They also do electric. Recommended.

We cant say enough positive things about Drew and Rodney (from Natals Air Conditioning). I tried scheduling an appointment because they popped up when I googled the best ac company in New Orleans. Just scheduling an appointment was a hassle. I spoke to Tina and she was worried about the $90 fee and was condescending when she asked questions about my current unit and I didn’t give the answers she wanted. A little more was said, but the brief encounter was uncomfortable.Needless to say, I called Keefe’s and had a much better experience. Money is green and it spends anywhere!!!

The technician, Nidal, was on time, very nice and efficient, and he explained things very clearly. I really appreciated the way Natals kept in touch, reminding me of the appointment, telling me when Nidal was expected, and sending me a photo so I would recognize him. Joseph P. did a terrific job - the day after a hurricane, when the AC probably was struggling, because it was running off a natural gas generator. In other words, the generator may have been complicating/causing the situation.I do not think this was an easy one, but Joseph got things working, at least for now and perhaps longer. Further problems can be handled by the generator company, supposed to prevent such occurrences in the first place.Professional, personal and competent. Patient. And if Joseph had a question, he got right through to his boss by cell. I could hear what they were saying. They were communicating about what to do in a meaningful way.Even if the fix turns out not to be lasting, I was very pleased.

Plumbing work performed was removal of major drain blockage that affected two toilets - videoing of drain pipe led to successful removal of matted material in drain. Rodney & helper then installed two new toilets, kitchen faucet, and changed out four water feed valves. All work greatly explained and performed by Natals plumbing persons - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Rodney is a Master plumber!

Woke up with my AC not working, called Natals at 9am, had a tech (Joe) on site at 2:30, had cool air blowing again at 3:00. Natals never fails to impress!

Had two great experiences with this company thus far. Both times they were able to come out the next day. Prices have been consistently lower than other competitors in New Orleans. We had several other companies come and try to fix our AC issue and it always seemed like a temporary fix followed by another issue. Natal’s is the only AC company that completely resolved the issues we were having. It’s been several weeks and our AC now works perfectly!

Joe from Natal’s came and inspected my unit after I received a $6,000 estimate and report saying I needed an entire new ductwork system in order to cool the house. Joe added one pound of Freon, charged me $165 and I am thrilled! My formerly warm rooms are cool again. Whew!! What a relief in more ways than one! Thank you, Joe and Natal’s!!

My grandmaw has bad allergies and had this company come out. The vents on the ceilings were still caked in dust. There is no way they did a thorough job or possibly any job at all the way this looks. We had another company come out and not only did they apologize for their competitors lack of professionalism to their industry but the did it for free and also cleaned off her fan blades too!This company is just very disappointing! I feel sorry for all the old folks they take advantage of along with anyone else they are providing a disservice too!

Natals recently replaced my home heating, cooling, and duct work. Their prices were consistent with other companies, but their professionalism, communication and quality of work made them stand out from the rest. I am pleased with the entire job! Patrick, Michael, and Raiko made an excellent team!

The first thing I did when my A/C went out on me was google the best A/C company in the greater New Orleans Area. Sure enough Natals Air Conditioning was on the top of the list and they sure did deliver. After having a couple companies come and quote me a ridiculous price, I was reluctant on having my A/C replaced. I was constantly putting bandaids on my old unit which was over 25 years old. It was a complete 180 experience with Natals. Ever since the first time I called in and spoke with Monica I felt like I was treated like family. Patrick gave a thorough assessment of what I needed done at fair price. The crew showed up the next day and were first class people. I would like to thank Mr. Joe, Joe Jr., Ralph, and Adrian for being true professionals. Any concern I had Mr Joe took time to answer all my questions and even took time to teach me a few things! Highly recommend to anyone with A/C issues just give Natals a call, you wont regret it or be dissatisfied!

We had the pleasure of meeting service technician Joe Pennino when our AC went out. 2 days of sweltering heat turned into a breath of fresh air! This young man really knows his stuff! Of all the technicians that have serviced our AC he was the most knowledgeable--we learned more from him than from ANY of the others--and believe me there have been quite a few. Joe replaced the motor to our unit and had us back in comfort and cool in a short amount of time. Joe showed us the main cause of our problem and gave us some tips on how to correct the situation. We will be calling Natals in a few weeks to address those concerns and we will definitely request that they send Joe again. Definitely will be using Natals service again. I called them at 6am. They had someone out the same day by 9am. The technician was Kyle. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He found my problem and had my ac running within 30 minutes or less. He cleaned my outside unit and did a thorough inspection on the unit inside and out. He took pictures and explained to me everything that he noticed and that may require some maintenance to keep my unit running smoothly. Price was very reasonable. I spent more money on my ac unit a month ago with a friend of a friend that supposedly gave me a deal... But really didnt. I highly recommend Natals if you need your ac serviced. Ask for Kyle! Our A.C went out on a Friday at about 6 p.m. One of their techs, Nidal, arrived in about an hour, which was way sooner than we expected. I called Natals after I realized the AC company I have a service contract with doesnt do after hours calls. Nidal arrived at our home within the hour and did not leave until 10:00pm to made sure we had air that night. Very kind, professional and affordable. Natals will be coming back later this week to install a permanent fix for what is wrong.

The associate the came to our house was very attentive and respectful of everything, including our time. He explained things very well and understandable for a non-HVAC person. Its only been two hours since the service so it is difficult to tell how it will work for the long-term but right now it is great.

The evening before Father’s Day (Sat. night); My A/C was not keeping up and the temp was slowly climbing in my apartment. Patrick came out and analyzed our system, identifying issues and putting together several options. He worked with us on a solid estimate to do the work that best suited our needs and budget. The crew that installed new attic duct work and cleaned remaining duct work was always very considerate, hard-working and thorough, staying until about 6:30 PM to complete the job in one day. The new ducts look great and will work more efficiently and healthily. While working, the crew identified another issue-- mold in the insulation of some of the vent register boxes -- and came out at the next available opportunity to replace the vent box insulation at no charge.We highly recommend the team at Natals for any of your duct work needs!

Had Natals install an air handler two years ago and paid for the maintenance contract on top. Theyre always prompt in scheduling and keep me in the loop about any changes. Cody is great! Prompt, quick, and friendly, even at 8:15 AM.

Great service, needed a same day appointment and Kyle showed up about an hour after I called. Patrick and Kyle worked quickly to diagnose the problem and explain it to me. My ac was running cold in no time. I was kinda scared at what the price tag would be with same day service, but it was very reasonable. They also took the time to explain the yearly maintenance plan, and because my ac is an older unit, I decided that would be a good idea. Very happy with the service and highly recommend!

They are prompt and give good service. The tech was able to answer all of my questions and was willing to give detailed answers. I got my evaporator coils and blower motor cleaned on my air handler because my HVAC hadn’t been serviced in a long time. I had a moldy smell and now it’s gone.

Natals service is great. The tech today was Joseph and he provided the courteous profession service Ive come to expect from Natals.We have to fall and spring inspection service and is well worth the money to have the peace of mind that all equipment is in good order.
