Mike was professional, courteous, on-time, and very capable. My Mitsubishi mini-splits had not worked for a few months and my regular AC repairman was unable to diagnose the problem correctly, so I called Mike at Hagerman and made an appointment. At my request, Mike called me 20 minutes before he arrived at my house and was on time. He diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and made another appointment to install. Before that appointment, he called me 20 minutes out, and, again, arrived on time. The units were fixed and are working great and Mike’s price was reasonable

They were right on time. Worked quickly. And even wore masks even though we were outside. Will be recommending Sherman toy friends. Also scheduling ac maintenance with them as well!

My A/C unit shut down in the middle of a extremely humid summer. I called Hagerman Services and they came over the same day. After identifying the challenge, they ordered parts (and expedited the shipping with no cost to me) but created a temporary fix. Once the parts came in, within two business days, they had my A/C unit up and running. It was an amazing experience with excellent customer service. I would recommend Hagerman Services to any and everyone. Very professional, great customer service, showed up on time and was reasonably priced.

I contacted Haggerman when my AC went out in the middle of the summer. They quickly sent someone out to find the problem. The technician was very knowledgeable, was able to show me exactly what was wrong with the system, provide an estimate and tell me what I could do in the future to prevent it. Within an hour, the system was fixed and the house cooled down very quickly. Since this experience I have been a regular customer and recommend them to anyone who is need of AC repair.
