Excellent work. I do not know anything about cars, so I was very nervous finding a place to get it fixed. A co-worker recommended me this place, but that didnt mean that I was 100% comfortable. Anyways, I was extremely happy when I picked up my car. They did such a good job, I cant even tell there was a damage before. Price was very decent (I got an estimate at another place as well, huge difference), they got it done very quickly, I was able to get my car back after 2.5 days and the other place I went to said it wouldve been a 5 day job. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Hopefully, I wont have to come back, but if something was to happen, Padgetts is definitely the place I will go. They did a fantastic job restoring my car to its former glory. Not only did they go above and beyond, but they were super helpful and friendly the whole time. They went above my expectations. Anyone who can say less than 5 stars must have went next door. I dont intend on going back, because I dont want to get into another wreck, but should it happen to you, let these guys take care of you.

Great work, my car had the whole hatch back replaced and looks good as new. They helped work with me as I worked with insurance companies (the damage to my car was from an accident). HONEST, they even called me a week after I picked my car up to tell me I had forgotten my matts (I still hadnt even noticed). Im new to the area and will be sticking with Padgetts for any auto repairs from now on.

Padgett & Sons Towing was first called on Monday, November 9th, 2015 when my car died at the end of a 95N exit ramp in Mystic. Miguel was the driver and he was courteous, helpful and kind. My car was brought to a car dealership near my home at my request so I spent some time in the truck with Miguel. Everything ran smoothly. Padgett & Sons Towing was called again today, Friday, November 13th, 2015 to tow my car from the car dealership to my home in Stonington since I was not going to have any work done. I made a decision to sell the car instead. This time it was Bob who came to the dealership to tow my car to my home. I had borrowed a vehicle so I lead Bob to my home. Bob was also courteous, helpful and kind. I was very impressed with both gentleman and their professionalism. I would recommend Padgett & Sons Auto Body for any kind of towing.
