Great place! Went to Gus to have him change out my husbands bumper for a new one. Gus took our truck in right away and had it done in a day!! Was very satisfied!! Definitely will return again for any future car repairs!

If you are looking for a reliable tow truck service...I DO NOT recommend. First, Gus said he would be to my vehicle in 1 hour, this was at 2:30 pm on a Friday. At 4:00 pm I called to see staus of arrival...Gus said 30 mins. At 6:42 pm I texted him and asked if he was on his way. I NEVER heard from him! This was 2 days before hurricane Henri was supposed to hit CT. He was going to tow my car to his garage and replace the alternator. We already had the part...he just needed to install. On our 4:00 pm call, Gus said he would do the work right away on Friday eve. Why would you promise work and not show up? Or at least call or text and let a customer know you werent going to make it. Completely unprofessional! The worst part is he knew I was stuck without a vehicle with a hurricane coming. He just blew me off. Use this auto repair shop and tow company at your own risk...I DO NOT recommend! Zero stars of course, but had to give one star to review.
