Service manager and service technician I spoke with were very knowledgeable and professional. They are a real asset to Secor. But like many businesses these days, they seem to be understaffed. The service advisor assigned to me apparently left early that day. No one filled in for her to follow my service and communicate with me. They seem to be understaffed with qualified technicians so in my case the work took longer than expected. I dont believe their scheduling realistically considers their staffing level of qualified technicians.

They are always fine but I am still waiting to hear from management about touching up a small dent on the door that was done by a worker when he opened the door to let me out of the car!

As always it was good service. The issues I had where fixed and the car is running as it should. They always seem to have technician call outs alot so my vehicle was there for almost 2 days due to the staff shortage. I am blnot goingbto dock the rating due yo that. I purchased my car there and the service was done correctly never had to return for the same issue.

I brought my car in for recall work to be done, oil change, and fix my Bluetooth since when I use it there is a buzz on the line probably caused by a short or bad equipment. The did the recall work and oil change and didnt look at or touch the Bluetooth issue.Instead they did an inspection of my car and told me my tires and brakes were so bad it was a safety issue and then quoted me an extremely high price to fix them. When I wanted a second opinion, they made my husband sign something saying he would assume the risk. While both had wear and tear, neither were an immediate safety issue according to the tire place and mechanic I followed up with. I was able to get the work done over a period of a month for about half their quoted price.

When scheduling the recall repair, I was told it would be a 3-4 hour repair. Although I did add on something at my 9:30a drop off, they hadnt even started the recall repair by 2p that afternoon, for a same-day completion.

Amanda at Secor is extremely helpful! I had an issue with wheel locks an a Subaru I purchased from another Subaru dealer, and she helped solve the issue and coordinate with the other dealer so there was no cost to us. Excellent service!

Came in for a airbag recall the service writer and the rest of the Secor Subaru staff were great. All repairs were done in a timely manner. Enjoyed my 2019 Subaru Forester Loaner while my Outback was in for repairs.

Worst repair service. Brought the car in for the lifter recall. Went from burning 1 quart of oil every 5000 miles to 2 quarts of oil in 2000 miles but they say it was not from pulling the motor out because the seal broke for some other reason. Worst service help ever. Lied about when the car was dropped off. Lied about calling corporate to put in a claim. Then had the nerve to charge a diagnostic charge and NEVER told us there would be one. Family has bought 9 Subarus from Secor ... sorry you lost the business of an entire family and every person that we can talk too. Do business here at your own risk.

My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was at 11:30 AM. I dropped off my vehicle at approximately 11:00 AM and after I was checked in I asked the customer service representative for an estimate as to when the service would be completed and he said it would be approximately 2:00 PM. The service (oil change only) wasnt completed until almost 5:00 PM. My vehicle was still in a service bay when I arrived at the service center at 4:45 PM.
