I just moved to the area from New Jersey about a month ago and recently I had engines issues on my 2010 Chrysler 300 after I replaced my throttle body, ECM, Coils, Spark Plugs, and MaP Sensor! After doing all off that my car still wasn’t running right!!! I took my car to Firestone who told me that I need a new engine or scrap my car because something is backing in my engine. I decided to get a second opinion before investing in a new car! Well, I must say Tom is a life savor, he came to Née Castle and picked my car up when he said he would and a few days later he said my car was ready to go!! I could not believe it after what Firestone in New Castle said!! When you talk about integrity look no more! When you talk about great work and taking great care of your car look no more!!! I brought my cars here a few times to be fixed. They do a good job and are more than reasonable with their prices. The staff here is great! They even had someone there to give myself and my kids a ride back home. I had only one issue but they fixed it right away, free of charge. I would recommend Sevys for auto repair.

Excellent service! We have a headlight burn out on our way back to VA from Ny. So we look up this place on the map and decided to get the light taking care of before too dark. They didnt have the part then told us to go to peep boy pick up the light bulb. Then after the repaired was done they didnt charge us for the service and we were very thankful!

We had a great experience with Sevys. We were traveling north from North Carolina to Vermont towing our ski boat. Our barrings went on the trailer and the tire nearly fell off. Best place to repair your car. My cars undercarriage shield broke down and it was coming off rubbing to the ground while driving. I went to Sevys around 6 PM they immediately looked at the car and put some clips on the shield and fixed it by 6:30 PM. I thought it will cost me at least $50 but they charged me $10. When I checked my wallet I had only $9 in cash and they accepted $9 happily. I found and them honest and caring people. I will definitely will take my car here in future and recommend this place.

We broke down on the road far from home and our destination. It was an emergency. Found this repair shop via Google. They worked hard and fast and smart to fix the problem and get us back on the road. The price was very reasonable too. Grateful for this. We were stuck. They could have charged anything but they were not expensive and did a great job diagnosing and repairing.

This is an excellent auto repair shop. My car broke down on the way to the shore and Sevys came and towed my car to their shop. Sevys did everything they said theyd do and obviously repaired my car the first time, in a timely manner. The reason Im giving them a review is because of their character. They were very polite to me. They were very polite to a young lady that wasnt a customer or employee; she just happened to be there. What stood out was how polite and respectful they were to their staff. The kind folks at the counter interacted with three different employees while I was there and the mutual respect was impressive and a testimony to how they treat them.

Several weeks ago my sons car had lost a brake line. He is from N.J. and doesn’t know any mechanics, we found Sevys Auto online. I called at 6 pm and explained the problem to TOM and was able to bring the car in the next day. The car was finished as promised and the price was reasonable. Great service and super friendly staff.

They are wonderful at explain to you what the problems are and if they need to be fixed right then and there or if its something that might be able to wait for a moment. My family has been going here over 40 years. I have personally going there for 25 years. I travel all the way from Hockessin, Delaware now that I no longer live in New Castle, DE for all my car services from oil change, to brakes and tires.

Impossible to get even a basic ballpark idea of potential pricing, despite even utilising logic to demonstrate there is a reasonable potential cap to automotive work/item pricing, rep made it quite clear my attempts to discover this information were quite vexing. An inability/unwillingness to even give some idea of pricing one could expect seems very suspicious.

This is the only place that will take my car to be repaired

2 nd time I have used this repair facility. I took my vehicle to three muffler shops getting a price on replacing my muffler. I told them my exhaust pipe was ok. All three shops agreed my tail pipe was fine just needed a muffler. Each shop put my vehicle on the lift and checked out my system before quoting their work, muffler only was needed.I went to Sevys told them I wanted a muffler installed on my vehicle, was given a price which was competitive all of the other shops I visited.I made an appointment to have the muffler installed two days later.I dropped off my vehicle on the day and time as scheduled.About six hours later, I received a call that I also needed a tail pipe, they could not explain why three other shops agreed with me that my tail pipe was fine. That added $101 to my original quote, I told them to proceed. When I got my vehicle back, I discovered why they needed to replace the tailpipe, because they used a generic muffler, NOT an OEM replacement muffler, one specifically for my vehicle. Original muffler was positioned across the width of my frame, the generic muffler was positioned lengthwise along the frame, that is why my tailpipe could not be reused. I learned something new about SEVYs, it cost me an extra $ 100. to learn that I will not be using Sevys again. Incidentally, the price I was given which included the tailpipe was supposed to be $ 101. dollars more than the muffler price quoted. When I picked the vehicle up it was$ 110.00 more.Also they had my vehicle for 24 hrs. before I was called to tell me it was done.Good bye Sevys.
