These guys are usually busy, BUT that is a good thing. Their work is always fantastic and worth taking the time to meet with them. They will do what you ask for, warranty their work, and sometimes even toss in extra work for free. I routinely have recommend them to anyone who would like tinting and have continued to go back over time as my tinting needs came up.

Scheduled 2 apps with company to tint the front door of our business, the first was a no call no show, made a second appt hoping to resolve the issue and after scheduling again the company didnt show again.If your wanting tint done find another company that can honor an appt!

Excellent service! Our son scheduled an appointment and decided to drop his truck off the night before. I planned on stopping by to pick up my wife and son, and then getting the truck the next day. When I arrived they were nearly done tinting the truck! They did a great job and stayed past closing! Amazing company all around! Very friendly staff...the owner was even helping out!

Fantastic service, I got my house windows tinted, this is Texas, so its a big deal. Huge difference, feels so much better inside, and knowing I have more privacy is pretty nice also. I can leave my blinds open more often now, natural low light is that nice balance between dark and Im only slightly blinded. I will definitely get my cars tinted here, and recommend them to my friends.

I had the most wonderful experience here getting my car tint done with Chris and his Centex Team. I came to him after getting one of the worst tint jobs anyone could ever get and him and his team fixed my car tint right. I brought my car in at 12:40 and I was driving out at 1:20. His team used their time management skills to the fullest and had me out of there in less than an hour!!! Im so impressed with their professionalism, the time it took for them to re-do my tint as well as my finished tint job. I was very unimpressed with the service offered by CenTex, despite the many positive references I have seen from others. I had my tint redone by CenTex, but unfortunately did not have the quality experience of others. First, getting a hold of anyone there was very difficult and required multiple calls, which should have been my first clue. I was told the install should take a full day and be done by 5pm. On the day of my install I dropped off my car first thing in the morning before they opened, but never heard from them all day. I ended up having to call them to find the status, but was told they were not done at about 4pm, but they would get it done that night and call me when it was ready. I stuck around in New Braunfels after work waiting for their call, but never heard from them. I decided to make my way over to the shop after about 8pm, maybe close to 9pm, to find it closed up and dark, so I gave them a call with no answer. A minute later received a call back that they were not able to finish my car that day and it would be done by lunch the next day. They did complete the job the next day, and that was back in October, but I ended up with a major problem that was not foreseen or mentioned. When I turn on my rear defrost my antenna signal is interrupted so FM/AM radio has constant static on any station if I want to use my radio in the morning while defrosting my rear windshield. I went back to Chris at CenTex a few times and he kept telling me he would talk to a guy he knew that might be able to help resolve the issue, but it became even more difficult to get a hold of Chris on the phone and I never received a call back on the issue. Suffice to say, I am very disappointed in my experience with CenTex tint and I am shocked that they are not willing to stand behind their workmanship for a problem that was unexpected. I am told by others my only solution is probably a new rear window because the antenna and defrost were scratched up. I give them 2 stars because the tint looks pretty good. They cut a corner short on one of the rear windows, but other than that the install is above average. I also believe they use a pretty good quality of tint and that is important.
