They towed my car so I showed up at 6:30 AM and called and they told me that somebody would be there right away. I waited for about 15 minutes and then called again to see what kind of wait I was looking at and the gentleman told me that nobody would be here for over an hour and they don’t open till 9 AM. I said that I was at his place of business and didn’t know what to do because I was getting eaten up by mosquitoes and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I bothered him early in the morning and that they don’t open till 9 AM when I’m obviously trying to get my car back. When I asked him his name he hung up on me. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any business ever. I honestly don’t even know what to say. Calling up to get my car back and having somebody yell at me at 6:30 in the morning telling me that I haven’t waited that long and then I can just keep waiting even though I’m getting eaten up by bugs and then when I asked for his name to document my experience he hung up on me. Completely appalled. I can’t believe people would actually treat people like this and do business like this still
