Very clean and nice laundry mat! Change machine with $1, $5, $10 & $20s broken.$2 for wash using smaller white washers and $1.75 for dryer load. Have many multi load commercial washers $4/load.

New local owners. They have fixed up the place and have done a great job. They put in new large capcity machines. The wonderful Norma dose a terrific job of keeping the place clean and organized. To the new owners, thank you for investing in our the community.

The parking area easily handles my 1 ton long bed dually pick-up truck without worrying about my doors hitting the car next to me!Inside, the laundromat is kept clean and the owner is often there keeping it clean and talking with the customers. Its a very friendly place!There are several different size washing machines that can handle your smallest to largest washing loads, including blankets and bed spreads! The dryers are all the same size (large) and stacked one on top of the other. Normally one or more washing machines and dryers are available for your use.There are 2 change machines that have always functioned without flaw.I travel about 15 miles from where I live to come to this laundry!This is a nice place that deserves the business that they get!

Clean, price is alright too. The small front loaders fit 2 loads price is worth it. Parking is a bit tight depending on the time you go and/day. People are friendly. I do believe they have laundry service where you can drop off your laundry and pick when they are done.

Ignore any old bad reviews you may see about this place. Very clean, well lit at night, smells great inside. Machines worked well and reasonably priced-owner is friendly and keeps the place tidy.

River Road Laundry is the best laundromat Ive found in years. I almost didnt want to leave. Everything is very reasonably priced and so clean. I love the homey atmosphere. There is a well stocked vending machine($1), tables to relax at and ones to fold on. And for all the parents theres a killer kids corner with a child size table and chairs, claw game ($.25), Mrs. Pacman arcade game ($.25), capsule vending machines ($.25-.75), and more, so come with a few extra quarters. Everything youd need to do laundry can be found here in case you forget something. I actually enjoyed doing laundry for once now I did go late but I have a feeling its almost always that peaceful. After meeting the owner Dino (if you read this my apologies if I got your name wrong) I decided Id exclusively use River Road Laundry. Im happy to support local businesses and businesses owners especially ones that are good people and benefit their communities.

This was our 1st time there. Plenty of washers and dryers. Didnt gave to wait. Clean and has snacks, sodas ect. Loved it

Very Nice laundromat. Very clean, with cute vintage decorations. Staff are very pleasant. I think it has new owners, and they have updated it with new washers. There is an atm, quarter machine and vending for wash and human consumption. Do not pass by if you need a washin spot!!

While visiting the area we accumulated over 50 pounds of dirty laundry. Having first dropped by another laundromat in Canyon Lakes, I was prepared to just haul it around and make due with less than fresh clothes and bedding. The other place stunk like damp and mold, and a partially smoked cigarette was sitting on one of the machines near the front door. After that, I was relieved and delighted at what I found at River Road Laundry. The place is clean and smells fresh. The Wash and fold service was a very fair price for a rush job too.Very highly recommend.

This place has gone through a great transformation. Theres AC, hot water, new entertainment options (Crane Machine and Arcade). Wow thank you for making this place more inviting to the community.

This business is under new owners. They have remodeled it. Brand new washers are being installed. They have free WI-FI, great hours, and its so clean. The machines are very reasonably priced. I am so glad I found this place. It was a huge inconvenience to go into New Braunfels every time I had to do laundry.

Dont bother! Half the machines dont work and the money machine does not work! A nice guy gave us enough quarters to finish washing but had to go to the bank to get more. Wells Fargo was great for change!!

All the top loader machines say to use front loaders for blankets. I would LOVE to be able to use the front loaders of ANY of them worked. Half the dryers don’t work and have no signs on them to indicate that they’re broken. The space between the one row of top loaders and drys doesn’t meet ADA requirements of having 3 feet between them. I know the place just got sold but at least put a little effort into it.

Every time I go in there, theres an issue. From what I understand this place is for sale. (good thing) Something is always broken. The last time I was there, the electricity was being turned off. Hopefully someone can buy this place & it get back on its feet.

New washer’s New Owners it’s allot better than it ever was. It is however always Crowded no matter what time you go. They could use a few more large heavy washers.

Not a car wash but it is a laundromat. Not a very good one though. One of there dryers put hole in about half of my clothes. Its the only one for miles though.

There is no car wash. Laundry only. Use it out of necessity, if you must. Half of the machines never work, and the ones that supposedly do, might not (but you wont know until youve fed them your money). The change machine never works, so if you do find yourself needing to do laundry here, get quarters before you get there.

Owner is extremely rude. Over half the machines don’t work. It’s dirty and over priced. Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther. The convenience isn’t worth the experience here and I’m sure that’s the only reason this place is still open.

Place is a dump. Most of the machines dont work. There is no warm or hot water for laundry loads. Very run down place and has been for many years. Owner doesnt care about it.

Been doing laundry here for a few months, its dirty and hot but very close to my rental - owner said I could only use 2 of the machines to wash my rental houses laundry for 12 beds - I will take my $1500/summer in laundry elsewhere.

At river road laundromat / carwash. Machine I used didnt spin and Noone on site my clothes are soaked and Noone answers the number for emergency or return call. So bring extra money to use another machine and hope for the best and now spending more time than I wanted. The floor is soaked from sopping wet laundry now and not a mop in site to prevent a person from slipping. Then for an extra bonus the air conditioning is just the door proped open.*Update, ran into owner and she was very friendly and gave me my refund happily.*2nd update same machine doing same thing, even though I know better to use it others dont. Word of advice, do not use white washing machines. Use the top loaders or large silver machines. The white ones are not reliable.

22 washing machines. 16 dryers. 7 out of 16 dryers a out of order leaving 9 dryers to fight over when all the washing machines are being used. So glad this will be the LAST TIME I come here.

Hardly any pressure and no soap or any type of cleaner came out of the wand.
