Ms Brenda the owner is such a pleasure to speak with. The Assistant Ms Clemmie is also very helpful. I found their service to be terrificly superb. Fast turn around, well priced and great service. Mostly definitely recommend you stop by for your laundry, wash & fold needs.

Been coming here since 2012. I always feel safe coming here to do my laundry. They are open 24/7 with security cameras. They keep the place clean and well kept. If you have problems theres a number to call, just leave a message and they will get back to you. They fix things pretty fast and hardly any machines are down. They are packed during the day and evening most of the time. I enjoy coming late night or early morning before the rush hits.

Disgusting. All the washers are filthy. The soap dispenser was so caked and looks and smells like they have never been cleaned. Water all over the floor. The washers stunk so bad from them never being cleaned. I was so afraid of my clothes smelling like the washer. Never have I ever seen such filthy washers. By far the worst laundry mat Ive ever been to. Id rather pay more per load if the machines were cleaned everyday.

Went with my new roommates which was a blast because we are all idiots. I like how there are convenient different machine sizes for the consumer convenience. You dont even need your own detergent, softeners, or bleach to wash your clothes because theres a dispenser you can get it from. The have plenty of washers and dryers so you dont have to worry about not finding one. Then there are fold tables a mobile carts for your convenient use. Cash to change

I left two loads of laundry on a Friday night and called and went down the next morning. The phone numbers don’t work. No one could help me find my clothes. I lost ALL of my laundry. With NO ONE to talk to and to help. Bad experience and staff isn’t helpful or even available.

When i had no appliances i went there. 24 hr wash was so helpful.

We called them up in the morning just before heading to Schlitterbahn park, with no clean clothes left. Answer the phone promptly, I dropped off the clothing and they had it ready at the time I requested, she even came to deliver it to us at Schlitterbahn for a small additional $5 fee!! Highly recommend. A couple of loads for $40 total including delivery😊

Awesome..as full time RVers, its a pleasant surprise to find a clean, well cared for laundromat where everything works and at a moderate cost...dryers for a buck without a BS cool down period was extra nice...

This is definitely, my favorite laundry mat in New Braunfels. Its open 24 hours which is fabulous for myself because I can go when I please to go. Now even cleaner because they finally got this gentleman coming in and cleaning up the place because believe me in no minute this place can turn upside down, quicker than quicksand... 🙄. Only one thing I would wish for and that would be axis to free Wi-Fi to the guest would be nice.P.S : I really love that there coin machine give us you a auater when you put in two dimes and one nickle, now how cool is that... I love it
