YES its a very small place to do laundry...but it is open 24 hours a day and it is very clean both in and out of the store... highly recommend it.

Horrible experience! 1st of all, there are only 4 parking spots but yet have over a dozen washers and dryers at least. 2nd, the premises are not kept clean. 3rd, just the clientele period. Previous 2 times visiting, same man who looked homeless inside using restroom and taking over clothes in store to put in washer. Not pleasant. Both times he was there. Today, just thinking I would give 1 more chance, tried one more time. 3rd times the X. After putting in my clothes and leaving, noticed large family just “eyeing” things doing their laundry. Came back to get clothes, they had put their clothes in one of my dryers w/my clothes in it too. Of course played dumb and blamed it on kids. Obviously a lie and shady. Let’s just say if you see a blue Ford Escape w/kids and a dog, keep away. Again, horrible experience. Will never go back again!!

Ive been going to this here laundry alit and Ive been really happy since this laundry mat is the ONLY ONE IN NEW BRAUNFELS, TEXAS THATS OPEN 24 HOURS. Plus its always nice and clean but,,, theyre dryers need some attention., Therefore ive been having to add more quarters in the machine.

Laundry has excellent washers and dryers

No big washers only two all the rest are really small ...when u got a lot to wash aint no body got time to play with them small washer!!

This place is nice and clean and open late, thank goodness. We were staying in a tent on the Guadalupe and it came a flood and everything we had got soaked. We looked this place up and was able to wash and dry all of our clothes and sheets and blankets. Thank you for staying open late!!

Cool air conditioning. Nice small laundromat, poorly maintained.Five of nineteen washers broken. No posted prices or dry times. The soapboxes in larger washers are all super filthy. No hand soap in restroom.

Its been years since I have had to come to one of these and this would be my first in New Braunfels. I thought I would come in early at 6:00 AM on Sunday morning just to be the first. The first thing I noticed was how small and well wept it was inside and out. The washers detergent fillers need to be cleaned and there were a couple of machines not in order. Other then that the washers and dryers did their job in cleaning and drying. I would recommend the early visit. Took me about two hours to get four loads done.

Pretty sure things have changed since previous comments. Change machine worked fine. All washers except one worked and it had a posted broken sign. All dryers worked as well. $2 for regular load wash, $2.75 for larger load. $1 for dryers. Small but relatively clean. Not much parking space though.

Cleaner..Looks like they are adding electrical panel for larger washers. Hopefully, more washers soon.

Most of the machines dont work and the ones that dont have signs just eat your money and wont return your quarters. Im about to leave with out even being able to dry my clothes. What a run down dump. Do not come here just drive a little farther some where else.

No good bad experience need cleaning

If I️ could give 0 stars I️ would. I️ would not recommend going here. I️ left for 30 minutes and many of me and my husbands clothing items were stolen.

Clean, well kept, peaceful part of town. All the machines I used were functioning well. Something must have changed since previous reviews.

Ive been twice and both times this place was disgusting filthy. The machines look like theyre never wiped off, trash all over the floors and the bathroom was sickening!

I have used the fluff and fold services numerous times. Five stars!!

For what they charge the place could be nicer. Very run down. Old and needs work big time. Four dollars a load is a rip off anyway.

Great side of town, BUT... only a few washers work and non of the comercial ones work. Change machine also does not work. I didnt have time to drive around town and look for anothet another laundromat.

What a filthy dump! I was there to do my laundry this morning and it looked as though no one was taking care of the premises at all. The parking lot was littered, the windows were dirty and a couple of the washers tubs were caked with dirt. The floor was unswept and very dirty; the trash bin was full. All in all the place was disgusting. There are other laundries in town... use them!

My first time here the change machine dont work washers are dirty dryers are just not working they are drying cold no hot air i wont comeback here again .

I like that is open 24 hours but the washers in the front do not work and do not wash the load right
