John provides excellent service at a very affordable price. He really cares and shows it. I will definitely use him again, even though I drive past a number of other repair shops. Very personal service.

My husbands computer crashed. I looked up many companies and chose ACTX . We arrived and John diagnosed the problem . He explained everything he was doing including the why and how. I learned so much from him. He fixed the problem the same day. I took my older computer to him, and he did the diagnostic and fixed it while I stood there. He said my computer was good, but the hard drive was weak. I said should I replace the hard drive, he said no the computer is to old. It is working so much better now.. He is so knowledgeable, but unlike other tech people he explains and does not act like it is magic . I would not go any where else. He is HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY REASONABLE, RETURNS PHONE CALLS AND LIKES HELPING PEOPLE. Other business people should take lessons from him.

I had an issue with my SSD and couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Any place I have called has wanted to charge just for checking it alone, with additional charges for fixing the issues. When I came here, he explained what he was doing, what he was looking for and recommended programs to help upkeep my computer and avoid issues like this again in the future. Though the SSD was not recoverable, we were able to figure out that the hardware was the issue and I wasnt charged at all just for checking it. He was friendly, explained things clearly, showed me what he was doing personally and gave some tips. Though the issue was out of his hands, he really helped me to figure out what the issue was in the first place so that he could be handled. It was a painless process and I appreciated the time he took to try every option he had available.

John has taken care of my computers for about 10 years now and I couldnt be more thankful for his expert care. He does truly care and it really shows in the quality of his work!

Extremely helpful and informative. walked me through what was being done. cleaned all the garbage off computer in short amount of time. very patient and understanding especially with one who has a hard time understanding technology and wants to pull her hair out.
