Sometimes having an online bank has its disadvantages. Cashing checks is one of those times. If you have all the documentation these guys can help you out.Mike on several occasions has stepped up And really provided me with a whole bunch of help. I’ve use this location for over three years now and although there are sometimes people in front of me they are always helpful and professional in their approach to doing business.

Excellent place, almost no wait time, prompt and attentive employees. The woman working helped my transaction go smooth. She was very prompt. Courteous and never stopped smiling. She seemed very well trained and suited for her position.

I have had a good experience until now. I have gone to them lots of times for loans but this time I got in a bind an want it noted that I call when my loan was due to try an work with them an asked for two more weeks to pay my loan off an they told me I only had 5 days. After all the money they have made off of me, an my history of good payment they might take that in consideration. I would of even paid a late fee for my negligence but now I think I will look into the laws for these payday loans cause I believe it is against the law in texas to charge 100% interest an they have been charging me that for several loans.
