Ive had previous online loans but i went to this location to apply for an installment loan. Candie made it easy and fast she was very kind throughout the entire process.Highly recommend this loan company both online and in store.

Jesse was an excellent help. However, I was surprised at the monthly payment cost on the amount that I received. It seems quite high, but it is a short-term loan. So that part does make sense. So far so good.

Cashed a check at this location. Money was put onto a netspend card. I then could not activate the card, so could not get the money I needed

I called this place to ask for directions and the lady in the phone it was very rude, she said she doesnt know to get there because she is not from the town. Is so stupid have employees like this one where even can help a customer with a simple address, also she was like dont want to talk and and keep silence like uhhg saying I dont know mamm.. then i show up to the place and she didnt greet at all, right away only said : what do you coming for receive or sending? I said receiving. She was like oh we dont have service for receiving is not working. So incapable!! I asked her in the phone Too About Western union, she could say it, but I think it was nothing to do with the system it was her not trying to help me because she know i just called her to ask for the address.

The only thing bad i can say is several times i have showed up at 10:30 which is when they open, its still closed. I came in today and had to wait 15 minutes before someone showed up.
