I found HDS Automotive through an ad on Craigslist. Chris Hines (Owner) was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my VW, and he was very detailed in explaining the issues and the steps necessary to correct it. My car had an issue where the timing chain and the parts connected to it needed to be replaced. He had a list of parts that were needed for the repair, and he said it would take two days to complete the job. He not only completed the job on time, but he also gave me a discount on the total amount when he noticed one of the parts he was going to replace did not need replacing after all. Since the repair, my car drives great and has improved pick up. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable.
