Ordered birthday invitations that said they were in stock and would ship the following day. Five days went past with no updates on order shipped. I called customer service and the lady said they were being shipped that day I would get them in 1-2 days. I called back 3 days later they said this item was out of stock and just came back in stock after being put on hold for 20 min then they said they would call back and never did. I called again looking for an answer the man put me on hold for 10 min trying to figure this out he comes back and says he has Great new they will EXPEDITE and they should arrive in 3 days!! Well birthday invites are long over needed my twins are so upset we have to go to plan B and do hand written invites. I told him cancel the order obviously I need them NOW! How ridiculous not even a sorry!! I will never order from this company again.

Worst packaging I have ever seen. Just horrible. I would have rather drove there from South Carolina just to pick it up myself and used all my money on gas! This is CRAP. You spend half a grand of your own money for this CRAP! It would have been better wrapped if sent in a plastic grocery bag. Never ordering from here again. When Google allow negative stars, I will update this review.

I ordered everything for my daughters birthday party from here on monday. On Thursday I noticed it still hadnt shipped (the parties on sunday) I call customer service and they inform me that they have had problems with the computer dropping orders and mine simply wouldnt be there in time since it wasnt technically overdue. That there were other people whose orders were late that would be helped first and mine would be put on the back burner. Now Im scrambling and its even to late to get overnight shipping from anywhere. My daughter is turning 6 and wanted sonic the hedgehog and you cant find that in stores. Im disappointed, I know computer problems cant be helped but they couldnt get me pushed through to save the day? They didnt even offer.
