I have to respond to the condescending response to Natalies concern in regards to her transmission fluid. It was flushed May 2021 at Roadrunner.She has been getting regular oil changes at Roadrunner in New Berlin.In September her maintenance light went on so she went there for an oil change. The technician at Roadrunner told her her oil was fine but her transmission fluid was dirty and smelled bad. (odd, it was just done in May at Roadrunner). Natalie went to get a second opinion and was told in fact it was dirty. When she went back to Roadrunner the manager told her the transmission fluid was fine and it smelt fine. She was frustrated that one Roadrunner tech says its dirty and a week or so later the manager says its fine. So she took it to Toyota. Toyota told her the fluid is black and couldnt believe it was ever flushed back in May. She left her car at Toyota to have the transmission flushed and ask if I (her dad) could pick up the car since she was out of town that afternoon and the next couple of days. When I picked up her car from Toyota they told me that the fluid was dirty and needed the flush. They also told me that if the oil change company had any questions they would be happy to talk to them. On Monday September 27th I stopped at Roadrunner and asked a tech for the manager that Natalie spoke with. The tech said he was busy and he could help, he was the other manager. When I explained the situation I ask if there was any compensation he could give to Natalie and told him he could call Toyota. He just said there was nothing he could do. I asked for the Owner. He said he wasnt allowed to give out his name or email address. Imagine an owner not wanting his name being connected to his company? Odd. I guess if you are a young woman asking questions about your car, expect condescending responses from Roadrunner. The end result is she paid Roadrunner and also to pay Toyota to get the job done right. I suggest double checking that they actually performed the work on your vehicle.

I have taken my car in every month since May. When I arrived in May I was told that the transmission needed to be flushed. I returned 2 weeks later to have this done. My check oil light then came on a month later so I returned and they changed it again. I was told my deferential fluid needed to be changed. Tech stated it was not necessary to do right away. i asked if I could get it changed the next oil change and Tech stated that would be fine. Sure enough change oil light comes on AGAIN within a month. I go back there on a Friday, it is now September and I am told the transmission needs to be flushed that the fluid is black and smells. I have a couple of other mechanics look at it not on the clock over the weekend and I was told it either wasnt done at all and they took my money or something else could be wrong. Manager of this facility says that following Monday the person who told me I needed it flushed was new and to bring it in so they can re verify. I did so brought it in same day where I was told that the fluid doesnt smell and the color will never not be black.Its sad when you cannot trust professional opinions or get quality service. I now get the pleasure of spending ANOTHER $200 to have a Toyota dealership look at it just because this place clearly doesnt know what to do or how to assess.

Cannot recommend this location enough! I am visiting family and wanted to get an oil change before I returned back home. Went right when they opened at 8:00am and used the complimentary vacuums and car wash for my purchase. They did my oil change, checked my tires and fluids and had me out after about 15 minutes. Knowledgeable and professional, would definitely return.

Had a car wash done here. The entire back of my car was still completely dirty and the mirrors were dirty as well. Called to ask if there was something they could do to make it right, was told they only offer re-wash for the same day (I didnt have the ability to go back that day). Dont waste your money on a car wash here. Many other car wash options for cheaper and way better service.

Changed my oil. I paid and went to retrieve my car. Was told they were having ‘troublegetting the plate back on’. Mgr stepped in to help tech. After several minutes I was told it was OK to go. Next day loud vibration in front of my car. Heat shield was hanging down and bent. Went back Manager said it our fault. Fix he offered was to take heat shield off. Claimed he told me it wasn’t on right (he did not) and that was all he would do! No responsibility. I now have to get heat shield replaced.

The staff is nice, but dont use the carwash. My paint job was scratched by the rags, and the rags were too dirty. There was a film left behind that was bad enough, it was almost as if my car hadnt been washed

I had 4 tires installed and they broke one of the sensors for tire pressure. They did not tell me they broke it and then tried to fix it while i sat there for 3 hrs

Giving two stars because I think 1 would be unfair but it was definitely a below average car wash result. I paid for the ‘Protect Wash’ which is the second highest option ($15). At first I was very impressed, as there was an attendant pressure washing the vehicle personally. Then I went through the wash, came out, and thought all was good.Once I got out of the car and gave it a once over I realized it was very nicely washed on all the sides / wheels, but not the top... there is still very visible grime all over the roof of my car and you can see where the rollers brushed over it and left an indication they’d been there but not taken much of anything off. It being a black car you would never notice the grime in the shade but it is pretty clearly still there when looked at directly / in the sun.

Decided I would try them again and give them another chance after the botched an oil change from 2 years ago. Learned to find out that when I pulled in to get the oil change they put me on a blacklist and told me to leave. This place has serious problems.

Was there for only a wash today, though Ive had my oil changed there before. The staff is always courteous and professional and very quick. I like going there for a wash because the vacuums are free and they have a good supply of towels and a couple of spray bottles of cleaner that one can use to dry the exterior if needed and clean the interior and inside glass.

Would give 10 stars if I could great experience was taken care of by an employee named doug. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! You dont find that these days would recommend this place for your quick go-tos they get you in and out fast!

Hey, I picked the most expensive wash. There was a guy there to wash the worst places and the wheels. I finished outside with the vacuums that are free when you purchase a wash. Great!

My 90 year old father went to have his Honda CRVs oil changed. He had a coupon for $29.99. The attended said that he could not use that coupon because his Honda CRV took a High Tech Oil and it would be $69.99!! What a rip off. I truly think they were trying to take advantage of an older gentleman. I was happy to hear he told them to close his hood and drove off. He then called his Honda Dealer (with certified mechanics) for an oil change and was quoted $49.99. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I went to try them out for my first time. They had a discount if I bought two premium washes. I used the 1st one. I went back for my 2nd but, the code expired 2 weeks ago. The manager refused to honor what I had already paid for! Hope they enjoyed keeping the few extra cents it wouldve cost to reprint another car wash code. Their stingyness sent me back a few feet down the road to Kwik Trip. They would never lose a customer over something as simple as an expired car wash code!

Excellent. Ill go there for everything from now on. I came in for an emissions test and tire rotation. The test only took about 5 minutes, and they also told me they measured the tread on all of my tires and they were even and didnt need a rotation. They saved me some money, and could have easily done it anyway and I wouldnt have known. Nice guys, fast, reliable.

Wish you can turn into the establishment going Northbound on Moorland, as it was dangerous to be in the left lane going around the turnabout to then turn right immediately. First time there. Friendly and fast.$100 7qt synthetic oil change. More than the dealer but the dealer gives away oil changes to get you into other services. Also dealer Express service is more like 2 hrs at least where I go. Nice outdoor vacuum and cleaning area with bottles of spray cleaner and rags. Will try again. Especially if I see another $20 rebate.

Its a very nice car wash, I paid for the $10 wash and you get to use their free vacuum. They also have a cart with spray bottles and lint-free rags so you can clean your dashboard or floor mats or headlights or windshields. Thats the first time Ive seen that

One star is only because I dont have an option to give it any less. I went for the first time, and for sure the last, yesterday (3/1/20) around 2 PM. There were maybe 10ish cars in line/the car wash. When it was my turn to enter the car wash, the attendant was telling me to get into the car wash VERY close to the car in front of me. I couldnt even see the cars rear bumper in front of me, that is how close he wanted me in. I refused. He was annoyed by this and continued to wave me in. I refused, it was too close. After the other car was moving on the belt, I came in. He then hastily sprayed my car down and instructed the car behind me to come in VERY close to my car. She was simply following the directions from the attendant. He was quite aggressive with her. Everything was fine until in the middle of the car wash, when her car, that was in neutral, caught up to me. Science says this makes sense since her car weighs less than me and therefore is moving faster. The remainder of the car wash was bumper cars with her car and mine. There was nothing either of us could do. At the end, she pulled over with me and we exchanged information. I approached the 4 employees that were standing outside with a dog and told them the situation. The employee who told me he was the manager, told me that we are liable because we have full control of our car in the car wash, which is the most RIDICULOUS thing that I have heard. Our cars are in neutral, we most definitely do NOT have full control. I tried to explain again, and he said, in an annoyed tone, that we are liable. I said that the employee should probably be told not to call in people that close and he didnt care. The response and lack of care made the situation worse. I did file a claim with her insurance, told them the story, and there is belief that the car wash, does in fact have SOME liability. I would like this to be resolved with the car wash assistance. The service was awful, as the entire back of my car did not get washed due to the attendant putting the car close to me, and the customer service was awful. This definitely will happen to someone else with the lack of care on the managers end. What a TERRIBLE company. There are many options for car washes in the area and EVERYONE should choose any of the other ones. I contacted Pennzoil as well and they are embarrassed by the service. I have contacted the BBB, Yelpd a review, posted on social media, and told people word of mouth of this with the warning to NEVER go here again.

I never had a bad experience here, decent enough prices, free wash with oil change and a 5 day re-wash. This place is out of my way home but I choose to come here. The techs arent pushy like every other place and the shop floor is always clean which says a lot about the people that work there. Car wash does a great job, its my go to place now despite being the complete opposite way of my house. Way to go guys! Keep it up!

I was quoted one price over the phone and told something different upon arrival. Tried to barter that fact and left without any service. So 2 stars for the encounter and not really receiving any service.

They have towels out on a cart to clean the mirrors and windows. Love that! Also free vacuum for customers. An attendant pre-washes the car also, nice touchDecent car wash, although the brushes skip part of the right side of my car 28 out of the 30 times I’ve visited so far, but the car is still clean. Get the monthly sub for winter and look like a rich person. It’s only $30 a month which is the same as 3 washes and I go almost every day.

Ive had my oil changed (had top off service on returns), had my emissions test done here, replaced my wipers, and now I have the monthly car wash pass. They do a great job here, they are concerned as a team about your service.My car gets sparkling clean and the vacuums are great and having the detail cart right out there is an excellent touch!

Just washed my Tahoe and it looks terrible. Rollover brush never went on. The hood was barely touched and the back looks like it was never cleaned. This is my second time here as my first experience was bad as well. Will not be returning. UPDATE : I spoke with management as their google response was incorrect. Not one employee said anything to me because I did not see this until I went across the street to Costco. On the phone I was told I came on here and Trashed their car wash. That was not my intention other than to share my experience. Terrible customer service as well. I will take my business elsewhere. I have had excellent experiences at other tunnel washes.

Oil changes are a lil too quick, if you ever changed oil and rely on gravity then you know they should not be done as quick, I think they only let 3/4 of oil out and close it back up and add new oil to too it off

Love this car wash as it is fairly fast has decent prices and you get the vacuums for free as well. Love how it starts up with their workers spraying your car making sure they didnt miss any spots instead of a machine doing it.

I stopped for a oil change and got a quote 4 tires. New that i was i need if them b4 snow flies. Set up a appointment 2 get installation done. Came out of waiting room 2 notice that my lug nut cosmetic covers were missing on 80 percent of the nuts. Asked the installation crew what happened and there 1st lie was they were missing. I am very awareif my vehicle and new they werent missing. As i proceeded w questions i was looking around and found another 1 located on there wrk bench and 1 more stuck in a socket that there OWNER CJ Was trying to remove. I explained to him it was 2 damaged. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction about what was going on and the OWNER CJ answer was ok guys lets put his old tires back on! R u kidding me?? Instead of getting some resolve to this all i got was take it or leave it! To sum it up was trying 2 support a local biz and i got zero customer service!! I will never support this or any road runner express again! I will also spread the wrd 2 all!
