My car broke down badly and I called Firestone immediately to get in. They got me in the next day and did an excellent job on my car. No issues since then. They even fixed a prior problem that I nor other mechanics couldn’t figure out for over a year. Very professional and very polite and explains everything in full detail. Definitely will take my car here for future issues.

Thought I had a leak in a tire and it turns our I did not. They were super friendly, checked all my tires for free and made sure they were at the pressure I specified. That last part is vastly important as sometimes the recommended car pressure is not ideal. I would go back here anytime I need something.

Clayton, the store manager, is what made my experience at Firestone so awesome. He goes above and beyond to make sure he can find the best deal for you and also is very friendly. I was in and out in an hour and a half for new tires, oil change and an alignment. Amazing customer service! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my car. Thank you!

Just wanted to thank Clayton for being professional in resolving my issues.

I had replaced the front brakes and rotors myself for about $150 in decent quality parts. As I was rotating the tires I noticed the back pads were very close to the end. I was leaving for vacation in a few days pulling a trailer and that the weather was hot and I had never dealt with rear discs, I decided (for the first time in 45 years) to pay for a brake job. I called and emailed a couple of places and could not get in before I left. I called Firestone and he could fit me in that day. So customer service is good. The charge for the brakes was $487 (with a $50 coupon and turned down brake fluid flush). Unfortunately while they were working on the car Farm and Fleet finally replied to my quote request with $193. Needless to say Firestone will never see me again.

No knowledge or good service! Avoid if you can! Had an appointment for an alignment and rotation. Arrived early as store manager stated he would be able to get me in earlier. Took them 1.5 hours to put 2 truck tires on. Left without alignment because they didn’t know what they were doing. Worst customer service.

Had an appointment for 500 got the car in right away after 45 minutes they let me know they shipped the wrong tire to the store and had to pick up the right one. So longer than I planned but they made it right.

The reason for two stars instead of one is because my first of three visit to this location went good. Where things fell apart are my last two visits. The first bad experience was when I brought my car in because I had a squealing issue I though was due to my serpentine belt. After their inspection it was determined it was likely (it was only) due to a bad left rear wheel bearing. For just the part, they quoted $393.99 and up upon my research found a part with the same serial number that only cost $171.49. They didnt even specify the exact brand and there are other parts with the same number sequence for as low as $60. Since they werent 100% sure the squealing was due to my loose wheel bearing they recommended doing the other side as well, and recommended new break pads and rotors. I had just replaced the break pads a month prior. Ugh...So, after all that and discovering how much cheaper the actual part was I went ahead and purchased it on Amazon. To my surprise I was also able to purchase the installation for $160 directly through Amazon (Firestone wanted $327.60) and Amazon set me up with a shop to perform the work. The shop was Braeger Chevrolet of all places! After parts and labor through Amazon I only spent about $230 to fix the problem. Saved me over $500+ AT LEAST.Next experience. Since my first experience went good, I decided to give them another chance. On my first experience I purchased a set of 4 tires and a lifetime alignment service. Today I was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. Figured why not give them a chance on this. I scheduled the appointment online for 6pm and got confirmation. They close at 7pm. Its a Thursday evening... I arrived at the store at 6:04pm and met the gentlemen at the counter who already looked surprised to see me. I told him my name and that I was here for a 6pm oil change and tire rotation. He says in a distraught and annoyed tone um.... thats going to be a problem because I like to do everything on schedule and its already 6:04. Alright fine, you got me, buddy... Im less than 5 minutes late for an oil change and tire rotation. They closed in 56 minutes and this guy chose to be petty because I was 4 minutes late according to his watch. I left, didnt give the guy another look.

Every time I have work done on my car the staff does a quality job and I have never had to go back to have them do a service they forgot to do or did poorly and had to redo. Doing the job right the first time is important to me and I thank Clayton and his staff for doing things right the first time, every time.

My car broke down and I was able to drive it here to be diagnosed. Coming into the store, I got an odd vibe. Although they were able to take a look rather quickly with only an hour wait, I felt completely taken advantage of in the end. Being a younger female, they assume Im an easy target? My total quote was $714, which included a few things that didn’t need to be fixed…at all…Not only do they jack their part prices up more than most auto shops, but the labor was also over-priced.I was able to take my car elsewhere to a TRUSTWORTHY shop and got it fixed for under $200 WITH labor. It now runs perfectly. Save your money and go elsewhere. I wouldnt trust these guys with even an oil change.

Great great experience at Firestone New Berlin today. My mother was driving in the rain on the way home last night and stopped in at this location. She was very frustrated as she couldnt see while driving because her windshield wiper had fallen off and she didnt know what to do. She realized that she was a few miles away from your New Berlin location. Upon her arrival, she spoke with Brian Hintz. He immediately looked up her account as she had been there before and had seen that in the past another Firestone store had replaced her windshield wipers (which was quite some time ago). He then told her that it may or may not have been installed correctly and replaced the wipers at no charge! My mother was very very impressed by Brians actions today at your store. She made it a point to call me immediately on her way home and describe what had happened. I am so thankful that there are still people out there like Brain that go above and beyond to help someone in need these days. He did not have to do what he did but wanted to help her the best he could. You dont see that very often. Kudos go out to Brian from me and Mom today and again thank you for your friendly and efficient service. Thank you Firestone.

Fair price for an oil change but they charged by the hour to replace my defrost fan, based on an estimate and not how long it would really take. So I got a price based on a 5 hours of labor when it might have only took them 2 hours.

Came in last minute because I had a concern with my tires. They didnt have an available appointment but they still checked my pressure and told me exactly what I needed done. They could have just told me to come back another day but they didnt. Very helpful! Thanks guys!

Booked oil change ahead of time online. Guy says itll take 1 hour. 1 hour 50 minutes later car is ready. No sticker reminder for next oil change in car either.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Two and a half hours to put new tires on is ridiculous. Not to mention the multiple people who came in after me and were serviced and left in the time that I was there, and I had made an appointment multiple days prior to going in. Definitely would not recommend if you’re looking for the job to be done in a timely manner.

My vehicle needed an alignment after I replaced the tie rods, and I heard from some people that most Firestone locations did a good job with alignments. Made an appointment for noon 4 days in advance. Arrived at 11:50 and expected to wait for my car to get done. I was then informed that they put another vehicle on the rack 5 minutes before I got there and that they couldnt take off now since it was hooked up, and it would be 2+ hours until my vehicle was done. Im not fully sure I understand what the point was of making an appointment if they couldnt honor the time they gave me to come in. Needless to say, I did not get my alignment done here, as i did not have the rest of my afternoon to waste waiting for a simple alignment. The next morning I called a family owned garage to make an appointment, and unlike Firestone, they had my car on the rack at the appointment time they had given me, and I was driving my vehicle out half an hour later, and the alignment is perfect. This was a perfect example I do not take my vehicles to large, chain car repair facilities.

Went in to the shop 5 minutes before they closed because I had a nail in my tire. They couldnt fix it nor did they have my tire size available but Bryan put on my spare, made sure everything was filled properly and sent me on my way....at no charge. Great guy, clean shop and great customer service.

Bought new tires and an oil change. Workers failed to wipe off lube for installing new tires to the rim, also for nearly 50 dollars for an oil change I would have hoped they would have reset the oil life gauge or at least put a sticker for when the next oil change was due. They did none of that.

Worst service. First they told me that I have to change all four brakes and rotors. It turned out only front brakes need to be changed. They also drained my battery and ruined it. They claimed that this was an honest mistake. I am not sure about that. Ill never go back there. I regret opening their credit card before

Had an appointment here at 7 a.m. today all I wanted was the tires on the vehicle off and the rims and tires I have inside my vehicle put on, first off he gives me the attitude as if he dont want to be there or work on my car which I dont even believe he was doing the work on the car just a guy in the inside probably a manager he seems lazy though so anyway this guy tire professional said that there is no way he can find out the size of my lug nuts to perfectly fit my rims. Never asked the name of my rims never attempted to look it up never tempted to research anything just said theres no way. I literally walk outside look at my lug nuts and notice it says M14 x 1.5 I then go to AutoZone purchase them and go to the Firestone on South 76th Street in Milwaukee since I am a firestone card holder I had to go to another one or else I would have went anywhere else but thankfully 76th Street Firestone put my stuff on for me and got me all situated before 9:30 a.m. so I guess what Im saying is dont go to this location unless you appreciate laziness anyone not willing to take 3 minutes to look up something on the Internet for you does not deserve your service. I will note that the technician that was about to work on my car was very nice and professional he didnt have anything to do with this

I got a screw in my tire and I called and made an appointment for them to patch it the next day on my lunch break. I was on time to my appointment and 48 minutes they finally come back to me and tell me that cant repair it! So it took them 48 minutes just glance at my tire! Such a waste of my time!! They were also going to charge $32 for the repair when the Acura dealer only charges $20 and they actually have good customer service. I will never go here again!

Horrible experience. I will never go back to this firestone. I just needed my tires replaced.. I set up a 1:00 appointment and was told it would be done by 3:00 if not earlier. I came back at 3:15, and they told me another 30 minutes. An hour later, I asked how much longer, and they told me another hour!!! Didn’t get to pick up my car until 5:00. If it was gonna take that long, I wish they would have told me because I would have scheduled my appointment for another day. NEVER coming back.

Spent $500 bucks to essentially have a tensioner/belt issue looked at, and apparently addressed, only to have the car start squealing days after.I called them, tried to get a word in about feeling a bit ripped off. This isnt trial and error... I expect a car mechanic to diagnose, repair, and then get paid. I dont want to be back two weeks later while they try to diagnose again, expecting to also get paid for that service.Thats not how my job works – I dont get paid for not fixing an issue. Im on the hook until things are done right.Update: Brought the car to my mechanic since it started squealing again the second I drove it away. The tensioner belt Firestone charged me to replace was OLD, not new. Also interesting, the wires to my horn were cut, which would explain why it suddenly stopped working right after I picked it up. Shady business at this Firestone. Will be complaining to corporate.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change about a week ago and when I made the appointment they told me it would take leas than an hour. It took them 1hr and 40min for my oil change. After I left I was driving a heard a scraping noise so I pulled over to see that they had a huge piece of medal hanging off the bottom of my car so I had to go back in and wait even longer for them to fix what that had messed up and were rude about me coming back in to get what they messed up fixed. I had always gone to a different firestone in the past and never had an issue with the service but this one was closer to me so I thought I’d give it a try but I won’t be going back.

Honestly I wanted this place to work out bc of its proximity to my home, but I am just beyond disappointed. I dont think its necessary to shotgun blast all the issues Ive had, but the bottom line is I will not be returning. Ive given this location many more opportunities than normal over the last two years to prove me wrong, but time and time again they have sent me out the door with very poor maintenance. Theyve always tried to make it right by offering a free oil change or something, but I dont have time to continue making appointments to have jobs RE-done. Id like to think that when I take my vehicle to the shop the guys working on it will do it right, and that means the first time. I will now be forced to drive well out of my way to get work completed.

Terrible service by one person in particular. Snobby and getting to be a smart *** . As a car guy I am completely aware of things firesstone can and cannot do. had tires shipped from tire rack to firestone that clearly stated what the trim model was for them and they say something totally different and try to turn the table like it was my fault. Take a hold of things and figure it out. I dont work there talk about it with your co workers. Not my job for them to figure this crap out.

The battery Firestone internet said fit did not. So they wanted to sell me and upgraded battery but I had to go back home onto the internet to get the internet special pricing. Even though I came in with the coupon for the internet special pricing on the one they said fit.

These guys are liars.. I brought in my auto they told me what was wrong with it but then the manager offered to buy it off of me... And we sold it to him and now i see it everyday there when i go to work....you lied to us just to get it cheap. ..i will NEVER do business with any firestone again
